We shopped the vehicle hard - multiple quotes from multiple dealers, and we had some bait-and-switch happen to us. Fortunately, I connected with Ryan in their internet sales department, and he found the *exact* vehicle we were looking for in the area and arranged for a transfer. Miller's price was by far the most competitive we found. And what was I most happy about? When I arrived at the dealership, there were NO shenanigan. Chirag ("C" for short) delivered the car and finished the sale. Rose in F&I was most courteous and got us a good rate on gap insurance (which we had decided on purchasing ahead of time). Extended warranty and purchase protections were presented in a professional, respectful manner - and if we said 'no' to a sales item, they accepted a 'no' with no funny business. Honest deals, professional conduct, and a friendly family atmosphere (they have a play area for the kids while you are working with the sales staff!) easily puts Miller Ford at the top of the of the list of the multiple dealerships I dealt with in shopping for my recent car purchase.
