It was very cool to see Ceasar actually in the car showing off all of its features. The focus was more on the car, and less on him. His sales pitch was very informative, appealing, and low-key without added pressure. It definitely held my interest. By the time I watched the video two or three more times, I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that I wanted that car. I contacted Ceasar the next morning and we began negotiations and arrangements. The car was a fantastic deal at a great price. The whole staff at Miller made the process very painless. From the moment I walked into the showroom until I drove away in my beautiful new car, everyone employee I met was helpful and attentive. Most impressively, Miller Ford was able to help me dispose of my totaled car for salvage and expense the tow to their own dealership. I even got a little bit back from the salvage for my used car purchase. This was one of the first "adult" purchases I have made and I felt comfortable and welcome to express my thoughts, ideas, options, and opinions. Miller was not the first dealership I stopped at, as I had test dri I purchased a new Lincoln MKX from Lee Goldinger - sale representative at Miller. Miller was not the first dealership I stopped at, as I had test driven multiple vehicles at one of the MEGA dealers in the region the weekend before. I had specific features I was looking for which I have given Lee (Miller Lincoln) and the MEGA dealer at the same time.. The next day Miller had 3 vehicles within their region that met my requirements, while the MEGA dealer could not find any vehicle - which makes me question the MEGA dealers motives. Needless to say, Miller had the vehicle for me 2 days later and sold me the vehicle at a very reasonable price.. I would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle. Service department personel are rude and lazy :( Have brought my Lincoln in for Saturday services this year and the last three times was turned away. They are constantly making their potential customers feel awkward in asking for services when they are busy. (How about no eye contact for over 5 minutes)! Rudeness is paramount, a parts desk that will not answer their Saturday calls live, and service advisors who should be on a Saturday Night Live act. Truly a bad experience for simple oil changes when the sales department is pretty good. Sorry Miller Group, you should consider getting your act together in Lumberton. ( I really want you to better yourself there). It usually can be corrected with great leadership reassigned to your shop. I have migrated back to Holman Enterprises since they are spectacular for service. More
