My sales person was Ceasar Mack and he made my buying experience absolutely outstanding. We test drove a few cars on my first visit to Miller and he was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. After my first visit I had left feeling good about The vehicle I had my eyes set on. Before my second visit Ceasar sent me a personalized follow-up to remind me of my first visit and to tell me the car that i was looking at is still availible and waiting for me to come back in to lock in the deal. My second visit started shakey when I found that the payments might not be as low as I would have liked them to be. After another test drive and a little back and forth with the finance department we got me approved at a rate I was comfortable with and started the paperwork while the detail department touched up the car. Caesar Mack was quick and professional when the paper hit the table. We got everything transferred over and into finance in a matter of minutes. The finance manager made quick work of the paperwork as well and had me out and driving as soon as possible.
