I had an appointment and took my car for a tire change. After waiting an hour, wondering what was taking so long. I Find out they didn’t have the tire in stock for my car. they had to have someone go somew After waiting an hour, wondering what was taking so long. I Find out they didn’t have the tire in stock for my car. they had to have someone go somewhere and get the tire. They discovered this after my car was up in the lift and the tire was off. No one said a word to me about what was going on. I was ended up being late to pick my son up from school. If someone makes an appointment they should have everything needed to service the vehicle when that appointment comes. The only reason I go there is because that’s where I leased my car. I wouldn’t recommend Miller Ford for anything. I will say the service manager was polite and came to see me without me asking, gave me a voucher for next service. I just think someone should have told me what was going on. An hour for a tire change???? No. More
