I was not impressed at all. I drove from a long way away only to find out that the prices i was given over e-mail were over a $1,000 cheaper, then when i asked for a broken down price sheet they just kept p only to find out that the prices i was given over e-mail were over a $1,000 cheaper, then when i asked for a broken down price sheet they just kept pressuring me to ofcorse come in so they can give you the whole used car salesman slick talk. then when i told them i wasnt happy with the way they went about everything he gives me the sad story about how the owner has to pay interest on all the cars in his lot and etc... there was many other issues with my experience but the bottom line is i wont be back after dealing with the typical slick car salesman way of going about things. More
We have purchased many new vehicles in the past. This was our first experience with Miller Chevrolet - which was recommended by our son. In addition to a great deal, we were extremely pleased with the "customer care" given by Chad, Mickey, Mike, Todd and Chris. Mike was extremely knowledgeable of the mechanical and software functions of our new truck and was able to convey this information in an easy to understand format. We will definitely go back to Miller Chevrolet for our next purchase. More
SATISFACTION - Customer For Life. You will hear these terms when visiting Miller Chevrolet in Rogers and they are pretty bold statements. Being in Customer Service for over 30 years, you see companies tr terms when visiting Miller Chevrolet in Rogers and they are pretty bold statements. Being in Customer Service for over 30 years, you see companies try to generate a catch fraze, for their employee's to embrace but many times fall short. I have witnessed this is not the case at Miller Chev, they embrace their motto and demonstrate in the way they conduct their business. I just purchased a new 2014 Silverado from Miller and it has gone down as one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences yet. I am glad the days of having to negotiate with the "Secret Vehicle God from the secret room" as one customer referred to it as to get your drivers license back after taking a test drive, is over. The experience from the start of contacting Miller Chevrolet via the GM Supplier Discount Program through Aaron Stolp, sales process with Mike "Lewy" Lewandowski, Chris Ritter, custom sales to Wayne Breum Finance, has to be commended. Miller prices their vehicles so you know what you will be paying for it, leaving out the frustration of having to negotiate for best price. With the new technology built into the 2014 Silverado, Lewy knew for my wife and I to leave as SATISFIED customers, we would need to understand the options. I hope I don't need to contact Lewy, but he left us with 3 Business Cards, a light on our key chains, and a coffee mug all with his contact information and a plea to call him at any time with any question. I left the process knowing he would take my call while on the middle of the lake on his pontoon at "Lewy's Lake Place" enjoying some well deserved time off. So don't just take my word for it, but use it for motivation to get to Miller Chevrolet to experience how the Vehicle Purchase Process should work, be completely SATISFIED and better yet a Customer For Life. More
Our car wouldn't start last Sunday. Monday morning I called Miller Chevrolet and they arranged for a tow truck to pick up my car. They told us what they thought was wrong and they would keep us informed about progress. We were thinking we were going to end up with a huge bill just before Christmas if they were right. On Thursday they called to confirm what they had expected and informed us that it would all be covered by warranty, even the towing. The service manager did a great job of keeping us informed and answering our questions. We will definitely be returning to them for future service and buying new vehicles. Bought my Silverado new from Miller in August 2010 and was very satisfied with the process. It was the third vehicle I have ever bought new and feel they were the most comfortable to deal with - no press was very satisfied with the process. It was the third vehicle I have ever bought new and feel they were the most comfortable to deal with - no pressures, problems, or bait & switches that can be common and frustrating. My truck has problems with active fuel mgmt. fouling plugs, using oil and idling rough. There is a recall for this which came out after I experienced problems. I live an hour away and dealt with this four times to the dealer. Each time Wade Hanson, was extremely accommodating having a loaner for me each time on my schedule not only for picking up but for dropping off (again, an hour away). Coming back for the same problem was frustrating but the fourth time was the charm (so far) after doing the updates on trip three and still not working, trip fourth involved new pistons and rings. The truck has run perfectly for 2,000 miles and I am confident it will be good from here forward. When the time comes, odds are extremely good I will go out of my way to purchase at Miller Chev again. More
Dean has been my service guy for years, knows me, knows my vehicles, suggests what I need & does not try to force things on me I don't need. He is extremely knowledgable & is a great shepherd to his flock my vehicles, suggests what I need & does not try to force things on me I don't need. I was looking for a gmc sierra for a couple of months and couldn't find the truck i wanted at a price i wanted to pay . I came across there website and found a 2007 sierra with everything I wanted. Sent them a Email request for a test drive and got it set up very quickly. When I got to the dealership Kevin Emerson had the truck in front waiting for me. Kevin told me it was a red tag sale which means its sold as is. So I checked it out as good as I could. I really liked what I saw and it drove very nice. We worked out a deal and Kevin was awesome.The next day I drove it to work and noticed the air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air. I went back to the dealership and told Kevin who referred me to Bryan Skochenski and I explained the situation and he said he would take a look at it. I was really bummin because I knew the deal was as is. So I waited for the impending doom !!! They serve lunch to there customers but I was to nervous to eat but it looked good. Bryan came out and told me they found a pinhole leak in a hose and they would replace it at NO CHARGE ! I thanked him (repeatedly) and he said that they wanted me to be a customer for life but if I wanted to thank anyone, thank Todd Kunkel,he made the decision. I didn't know who Todd was but I found him and thanked him and he told me they wanted me to be a customer for life. They must mean it because it worked on me. I have to replace my wifes car in a year or two and i'm going to Miller Chevrolet!!!! More
Mike Lewandowski handled our new car purchase from the beginning to the delivery of the vehicle. Mike is straitforward and a no nonsense guy. Our experience was without any gliches. Mike did a wonderful job with explaining the details of the cost and options on the car. He spent a good 1-2 hours going over all of the options on the vehicle and how they work. Miller Chev is a great dealer and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
Wheeler GM, in Marshfield, WI found me a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Extended Cab Long Bed 4x4. I told them I wanted that vehicle, but Miller wasn't able to do a dealer trade. Mike Kelnhofer at Wheeler was nice enough to give me the name of Miller Chevrolet, and said they might sell the truck to me. I called and Mike Lewandowski said the truck was for sale. Then I had a dilemma. Trust Miller to give me a fair trade, and drive 4 hours to get there at 8pm, or just forget the deal. I wanted the truck really bad as the rebates and discounts were crazy,($12k), and this is the last year they will make an Extended Cab/Long Bed 1500. My wife jumped into marriage with me, so she is used to my crazy dealings, so she said go for it. I drove my 2003 Silverado 1500 W/T to Rogers, MN. The whole time I was apprehensive that this would be a big waste of time and gas. When I got there at 8 P.M. an hour before closing Mike got Chris to talk to me about accessories and Wayne to arrange the financing. Everything went smoothly. They gave me a fair trade. MIke gave me a tour of most of the features and at 9:30 P.M. I was driving back home. I survived the Minneapolis drivers, Wisconsin deer and fatigue and had my new truck in the driveway at 2:30 A.M.
