2020 Encore I knew what vehicle I wanted when I first called Miller and Adrian answered the phone. He was very knowledgeable and I came over for a test drive! Loved the ride and the vehicle so the ride confirmed it was the one for me! Adrian hung in there with me and all my questions. He said he would be there anytime to answer any questions I had in the future and I could just stop over or just call him! So I knew I would not be left to my own once I bought the vehicle! Adam was also very good to work with and sold me a few extras! I also got in on the service department as Adrian said they would do the oil change and rotate my tires on my old vehicle which I was letting my nephew have this saved me some time and money in getting it done! That was a unique thing for him to do- a perk!!! Katie in the service department helped me she was very friendly also and the shop was very clean and organized. I will be going to the Buick shop in the future. The day was a good experience and the team work over at Miller was very good!
