Miller has a Team of Professionals! As always, when I drive up, I'm met with smiling people. My usual guy that takes care of me (Andy B) was busy, so Jason came and went over everything As always, when I drive up, I'm met with smiling people. My usual guy that takes care of me (Andy B) was busy, so Jason came and went over everything I was concerned about. In the mean time, Andy got available and as always was friendly. I went in for an oil change, and to have a "chain-type" noise looked at, and unfortunately when Chris came to talk to me, I kind of figured it wasn't going to be "positive"- Got to admit, the guy has a good way to "give it to you straight, and with compassion" He went over some options, but we both agreed, it was probably time to talk to a salesperson. I mentioned Lucy Thelen, and Chris gave her an affirmative reaction....From there, Lucy took charge along with the help of Chris B- they examined my car, and were meticulous in going over all my options: Lease, Buy existing, or buy new. I'll admit, I wasn't quite prepared for this, but all made me feel welcome, appreciated and kept me calm at the same time. Lucy kept me posted on what was happening all the time- Don't ever think a female can't sell cars- Lucy was able to answer all my questions, and if she couldn't was willing to ask Chris. I ended up buying a new Nissan Rogue Sport- Long after they closed, I was still sitting there with Lucy and Andy M in finance-Nobody made me feel that I was keeping them after hours, and Andy was very patient with me even when I changed my mind on an added option. Miller has always treated me great, from my first Pontiac in 1974- but to be honest- its the people like (no special order), Andy B. Jason (who followed up the next day) and Chris in service, then Lucy, Chris B (in sales) and Andy in finance who really make the difference and keep me coming there. I honestly felt like the "red carpet" was rolled out for me. Thanks to all of you! More
