Surprised I dropped off my car for an oil change and basic check-up. I asked the service tech to have the windshield wipers replaced as there were three noticea I dropped off my car for an oil change and basic check-up. I asked the service tech to have the windshield wipers replaced as there were three noticeable cracks in the passenger side windshield wiper blade. This was ignored. It was even marked as green on their inspection sheet. Nothing was listed about replacing the windshield wiper blades on the work order either. Thankfully I had a spare set of windshield wiper blades at home to replace them with. Surprised, because this was the only time in 20 years as a customer that I've had an issue. Hoping this was just a fluke. More
