I purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima 2.5S from Miller Auto Plaza trading in a 2009 Nissan Altima 2.5S. It is an awesome vehicle and my third Altima. Mary did advise us that if we had any questions or needed any help to let her know -- then she returned to her desk. NO pressure. When we were ready to discuss several vehicles, Mary asked the right questions and we decided on the new 2010 Lincoln MKS. Every Miller staff person we came in contact with were so genuinely friendly and considerate. This was one of the best buying experiences that we have ever had. I had done my research over the internet on what kind of car that I wanted and what my car should be worth. It did not take long to come to an agreement on price of the vehicle and what they would us for our trade. It was all handled with promptly and with professionalism. We also order additional accesories for our vehicle such as running boards, roof rack. These arrived within a week as stated. The appointment to get these installed was quick, and the work was done in a professional manner and in the stated time. We will definately consider this dealer when we are ready to purchase another vehicle. More

Dane is the reason we purchased the Pathfinder. We literally walked into the front doors at 4:55pm and I asked him, "When do you close?" My wife was with also and she did not care what I purchased so the decision was solely mine. I ended up finding a vehicle I feel in love with and purchased it. After my purchased, it was a lease return. I realized that a couple things were missed during the inspection. I called Adrian immediately and he said not to worry about it, Miller would take care of me. They did at no cost to me. I looked at other dealerships and Adrian at Miller was the only Sales Professional whom was not pushy, spent time with me without making me feel like I was wasting his time and let me process things, but was more than willing to answer any questions my wife or I had. We are very happy with our new Acadia. Paul Sauerer was very friendly, helpful and informative. He was able to answer all of our questions.
