After a Internet of 2011 Acadia Denali's we found one at Miller's Auto Plaza. I called expecting a "it's sold". However, to my surprise no. Eric Achman was extremely friendly and informative on the vehicle Miller's Auto Plaza. I called expecting a "it's sold". However, to my surprise no. Later that afternoon, he called backed with some numbers and a deal was in the works. We drove 591 miles to be treated the "Best" of any purchase we have made. Eric met us when we arrived, and was with us through the various parts of the sale process. The Staff in Parts,and Finance were very informative and answered every question we had. Ok out the door and off the lot,right. No, Eric then climbed into our new Acadia and took the time to explain every knob,button,and switch. He got our On-Star Navigation up and running. Buying a new vehicle isn't one of my "favorite" things to do. I mean, where do you start! There is so much to choose from. While test driving the Rogue it seemed like the perfect fit. After narrowing down the options with the help and knowledge of Kelli I drove home tonight in my newly leased Rogue. "Shopping" at Miller Auto Plaza was a pleasant experience. In all I made four visits. First to make inquires and look at models that might interest me. Then, I brought my husband along to test drive the models I was most interested in. Finally, I went to purchase my new Nissan, Juke! Todd Wyatt was the sales person I first met. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and was never "pushy." When I showed interest in a Juke, he informed me that a specific style might take a while to locate and he introduced me to Kelli Frieler, who would help with the search. Kelli is enthusiastic, conscientious, and helpful. She kept me informed during her search and assured me that she would be persistent in getting me the car I wanted. Last night my husband and I went to pick up my white Juke! We met Wyatt in the service department and Joe during the purchase transaction. Both gentlemen were helpful and personable. We were on our way to likely purchase a new Chevrolet Silverado 2500 truck at a competitor, but decided to drive through Miller's lot and see what they had for GMC trucks. Miller had the truck we were looking for and Brian Nesius helped us work out some numbers. We also dealt on the Chevrolet at the competitor, but Miller ended up giving us the best deal on what we were looking for. Brian was kind enough to come back after hours and complete the paperwork so we could take our new truck home that night. All the staff were very friendly and they had our new truck ready for us in a very timely manner. Thanks again to Miller for an excellent sales experience. More

My fiance and I went it just to look at a new car since I drive a distance to work everyday. The sales consultant Jen came right up to us and asked what she could help us look at today. We told her a Nissan Altima she took us right to them got the information she needed from us to do her job correctly and give us what we wanted. After looking at a few she took us out on a test drive and was amazing at giving us all the information we needed. By the time we got back had decided we were leaving with that car. The staff there was extremely helpful at giving us all the information we needed to make the purchase. I would recommend these people to anyone. When I walked into Miller Auto, I was pleased to be helped right away. Leif started with a friendly conversation, but got into what I was looking for. He did not rush me to a certain vehicle, or try to push me to buy right away. I took one full day of his just looking at all the different types of vehicles on their lot, new and used. The next day I test drove a few, and ended up taking one home that night. The next day I had decided on the vehicle I wanted and leased it. He always made sure that I was looking at what I wanted, and that the prices were in my range. He is a smart person and good with numbers so when I asked about monthly payments with so much down he could figure it out for me, which I really appreciated. I would suggest Miller Auto because they have reasonable priced vehicles and gave me a good deal, also with my trade in. I would recommend asking for Leif Stinson since he helped me and gave me the best experience. I could tell that he was more into getting me something I wanted than just a sale. He is a true customer service sales man. More
