Before my visit to Miller, I was anxious about leasing/buying a vehicle, as this was my first time looking into buying/leasing a vehicle on my own. However, from the moment I called to ask about a few vehicles to the moment I signed my lease, the Miller staff was extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable rather than apprehensive. I certainly did not expect the high quality of service I received from each person I talked to at Miller Auto Plaza. The staff answered my questions honestly and stuck to my budget without pressuring me to upgrade certain features. They simply cared about what I wanted, which I really appreciated. I went to Miller to see the Nissan Rogue and met Todd Wyatt. The Nissan showroom is a perfect place to look at cars on a cold MN day. He showed me the vehicle and answered all my questions. Kelli sat with me and discussed what I wanted - what other options I had... Absolutely no pressure from her or any one else for that matter. I don't purchase a vehicle very often and this experience was great! I would recommend Miller to my friends... go look up Kelli Frieler - she will either help you or hook you up to someone to best fits your needs. Joe in finance was very helpful also.
