Let me start off by saying that 48 hours prior to picking up my new 2012 Altima, I had absolutely zero thoughts in my mind about buying a new car. My 2007 Altima was running great albet with 88k miles on it. After putting in a request for financing with USAA Federal bank I immediately got e-mails from about 6 dealers. None of them however, sent me the e-mail that Miller did. It had the nearly exact car I was looking for with a quoted price that was almost hard to believe. When I called and started talking to Adam, I pretty much knew within a few minutes that I was going to do everything I could to buy a car from these guys. Adam was very upfront about everything, including any possible financing problems I might run into. He walked me through the process without a hitch and within 2 hours, I knew we had a deal. Adam asked if I would be able to come in the next day. I walked into the dealership and was only in the building about 1 1/2 hours before I drove home in the new car. Everything went so smoothly compared to other situations I have had in 3 different states buying new cars. I can't thank Adam and the rest of the staff at Miller enough.
