On Memorial day, we had a great time shopping for a cross-over at Miller. Right away, we were offered ice cream, popcorn, soda pop and coffee! We test drove the 2009 Buick Enclave with Dominic and decided it was the one for us. Dominic was very professional and fun to work with. He even brought our 2 boys balloons! We were able to trade in our vehicle and find the payment plan that worked for us. The customer service was far above our expectations. Our salesperson was Aaron Thompson. This guy was fantastic! Head choices narrowed to Nissan Altima, Maxima or Rogue, and we test drove all three. I appreciated the non-pressured sales pitch given by Scott. He was very professional in his dealing, and helpful in explaining the positives of the car I purchased. One thing I would do differently is delay the financial paperwork for at least a couple of hours in order to decide how to handle the transaction. Adrian went the extra mile in helping me transfer my OnStar and phone minutes and even programmed my garage door opener into the car! The financial portion of the transaction was made pleasant and easy by the helpful and thorough work of Scott. The price for the new vehicle and the trade in allowance on my old vehicle were both fair. Adrian was diligent in seeing that we had access to whatever programs and incentives that were available at the moment, which helped our bottom line immensely.
