Scoot and the staff were very good to work with. I gave overall experience a 4 due to the hoops both Miller and I had to go through to actually find an Altima without faults. I sent a separate survey to Nissen complaining about their own quality control. I ranked price a 4 due to not taking the time to shop around, but yet still receiving the $500 reduction for military service. Thanks More

We bought a 2010 Chevy Camaro. We have been looking for awhile. We couldn't of asked for a better car. It was everythign we were looking for and then some! During my search for my vehicle of choice online, I found the exact vehicle I was looking for here at Miller. Being from out of state, I relied on their staff (Scott specifically) to help out with the detail the exact vehicle I was looking for here at Miller. Being from out of state, I relied on their staff (Scott specifically) to help out with the details on the vehicle and what would be needed to finalize the purchase. Scott made sure that everything was taken care by the time I got to the dealership so I could be in and out quickly & hassle-free. Kelli & Scott were easy to deal with on price & trade-in value which made the experience great. If closer, this would be my dealership of choice. Thanks again! I LOVE the new Maxima! More

Scott was GREAT!! I felt I could trust him and that he listened to me and really was looking out for my best interest. Mike was great too... Thanks mike for finding me some $$$!!! The one thing I would suggest over all is that when you see someone walking around be sure to greet them see if they need assistance. Some people at the info counter flat out ignored me. We took an Enclave for a test drive with Justin on a Fri eve. He was so knowledgeable and low pressure that we felt comfortable enough to ask many more questions than we normally would have. We came back th eve. He was so knowledgeable and low pressure that we felt comfortable enough to ask many more questions than we normally would have. We came back the following Monday and bought that 2012 Buick. The purchase procedure was swift, painless and very educational. Corey and Dan were equally as pleasant and knowledgeable in their fields of expertise. Corey's tour of the spotless service facility was great and Dan's speedy fingers made that part move quickly. Justin went over the operation of every feature of the new Enclave even setting up the Bluetooth and OnStar programs for us. We were very impressed with the entire experience. Justin gets 10 stars in our book. Thanks guys. More

I specifically came to Miller Auto to acquire a new GMC Acadia. I had been looking at new models of this vehicle on their web site throughout the summer and felt that I would find the type of Acadia I was Acadia. I had been looking at new models of this vehicle on their web site throughout the summer and felt that I would find the type of Acadia I was interested in. Brian Nesius greeted me as soon as I drove up to the showroom and got out of my 2008 Acadia. He allowed me the time to walk around the Denali Acadia that was parked outside and then cordially inquired as to how he could help me. I asked him about the options on the Denali and he explained the difference between the Denali and my Acadia. I also inquired what colors Miller Auto had in a standard Acadia and he very quickly gave me the information. We talked about the special paint on the Denali and the design of an SLT Acadia that was right beside it. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE from Brian in my decision. He answered all of my questions and allowed me the time to make my own decision. It was most refreshing! After I stated I would like to see about purchasing the Denali Acadia we entered the showroom and the process began. I met Bob Yozamp and felt he gave me a fair quote for my used vehicle. Brian was friendly and cordial and always gave me a time span when I needed to wait for a price quote or while financing was being calculated. I also enjoyed meeting Scott Braaten and Mark Strumvoll. Every member of your team made purchasing my new vehicle an extremely positive event and I will recommend your dealership to family and friends who are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. My husband felt I had been treated very fairly and was impressed with the details of my purchase. Thank you Miller Auto! More

I arrived there just to look aroumd and try out different cars I might be interested in and in my price range and size. The salesman we encountered was Adrian. He even pulled up ratings for me in other vechicles I had looked at elsewhere for comparison. He was very helpful and knew all the information I needed to make my final decision. I was definitely satisfied with all the help and patience the three times I visited while making my final decision. I was also pleased with the ease of completing the final purchase as I am a older woman and am used to having a husband help make these decisions. I would definetly return if I decide to purchase another vechicle after this one. More
