I had always felt before that buying a new car was "painful." However, after dealing with Steve at Miller's, I have a totally different view. The presentation of my car in the showroom, doing on line credit app, meeting the various staff at Miller, speed of signing the documents in finance, and taking possession of my car was professional--and friendly. I drove two hours to buy the car of my dream from Miller's. Follow up emails after I got home showed that there is future dedication to making sure that I will be taken care of in all respects. I am totally impressed with Miller's and absolutely intend to buy more vehicles from them. More

Aaron is so friendly, he's really knowledgeable, and one of the best things is he's not pushy at all and doesn't make you feel like you have to buy a car from him or else you're wasting his time. Everyone we spoke to in the dealership was very courtious, knowledable and willing to spend whatever time was needed to make us feel comfortable with our buying decision. When it came time to negotiate, he was willing to work with us and take our requests to the sales manager and we left happy with the price I paid for the vehicle and very happy with the product. Steve made this the most simple and quickest vehicle buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I are very pleased with the vehicle we purchased and feel we've made a friend for our next car buying experience. This is the second car we purchased this year from Miller. After purchasing the first I said I would go back again and I wasn't disappointed. The customer experience is top notch! I arrived 40 minutes before closing on a saturday. Justin Stedham met me at the door and asked me what he could do to help me. I stopped at the FORD dealership first, but at five minutes after closing hours they would not open the door and talk with me. I have ALWAYS been a FORD MAN, but Justin changed that! I would recommend this dealership as I have used their services twice now: once for a new vehicle and now for a used vehicle. His higher up... I don't know his name but he was way less willing to work out a deal when we decided on purchasing a vehicle. The vehicle had a little damage and the sales manager was not at all willing to budge on the price in order for us to take the vehicle as is and fix it where we live( an hour away). He had a bad attitude, and wasnt willng to things out. He was Very frustrating and ifit wasn't for Kevin I would have walked out right there. He handled the situation very well and made the sale. When I need another new vehicle I will go back to Miller, and have Kevin help me, however I will definitely stay away from the sales manager. More
