Unfortunately the sales manager needs some work on retaining customer loyalty. His demeanor, style of selling and lack of personality made the experience unpleasant and we decided to make our purchase from another local dealer. It's harder to gain new customers than to retain current ones. He had no interest in our past history with Miller, nor was willing to consider it in our buying experience. More

Working for a company that supplies parts to GM, I have the ability to get their supplier's discount, so I can run the numbers on a vehicle exactly as I want it equipped and bring a code to a dealer to get the discounted pricing. The Sierra I purchased from Miller was actually priced lower, the only dealer I checked for which this is true. I've not been a big fan of "no haggle" dealerships in the past, but when they promised the lowest price out there, they weren't kidding. They also did a fair analysis on my trade and I am confident the price they gave me for it was quite good. They did not push anything on me; they were completely professional throughout. All in all, I'm very pleased with the experience and would recommend Miller to others. Well worth the drive from the Twin Cities. More

Had the most wonderful experience working with Brandon to buy our Sienna from Miller. After going to several dealerships in the twin cities we started looking at dealerships outside of our area. We decided yo take the leap and drive the 90 minutes to St. Cloud to see vehicle on Saturday. We honestly were just looking as we had no time crunch for getting new car. For a variety of reasons my wife and I were in the market for a new car. We did a tremendous amount of research and decided on a 2013 GMC Terrain. Utilizing USAA's car buying service we selected Miller Auto Plaza for their selection of vehicles and by far lowest initial vehicle price quote. Adrian Schoumaker set a few vehicles for us to test drive walking us through the model differences and vehicle features. He is very knowledgeable providing expedient and detailed information about the vehicle and buying process. At no time did we experience the classic car buying push of "what is it going to take to get you to buy a car." Adrian made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle and the terms of the purchase. He also worked with the Used Car Department to give us a fair price for our trade-in vehicle. Based upon previous and post analysis of the purchase price, I am confident that we received the best possible deal for the vehicle that we wanted. Lastly, it is definitely worth noting that the Scott Braaten, the Finance Manager, worked diligently to find us the best possible rate and other options to protect our investment.
