From the very first step into the door to handshake at the end, we knew we were part of something special. Our new Nissan purchase couldn't have gone more smoothly. We truly felt that every employee in the building was happy to see us. We also had the chance to meet the owner, Tom Miller, who we were surprised to see there on a holiday (Memorial Day). It was nice to know that even owners take time on holidays to "gut it out" with their employees. Kuddos to the four employees we had worked closely with during our transaction. I was very impressed with Dan. I was in there a few weeks before I bought my car to just look and he helped me figure out roughly what my car was worth via trade in and he answered my questions with confiden before I bought my car to just look and he helped me figure out roughly what my car was worth via trade in and he answered my questions with confidence. When I came back a few weeks later to look with my Dad, he remembered me and my car. He was very helpful in looking at cars and giving suggestions. Let us test drive a couple of them and if he didn't know the answer, he went to find out. He worked with us and made things go very smoothly. He and my Father even found a couple common people to talk about! The car I bought needed a few things fixed on it, we didn't see it before we bought due to the rain...but he went in on his day off to get me an appointment to have the detailing (scratch, chip in glass and windshield blades) done. Called me to let me know when to drop the car off and made sure that I had a loaner car to use. Dan was very very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a car. Nick was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the cars they had & comparing the various options. Never felt pressured by him to buy anything that we wern't looking for. I was almost ready to buy a chevy from a dealership in the cities near me, AJ a friend of my daughters from church camp said come on up. At first he said we can get you everything, come on up, that he had the all clear from the bank. So i drove up to st cloud. Needless to say, the car they had in mind, wasn't what i wanted, so i was ready to walk out, but he asked what things i really wanted in a newer car to seal the deal. Him and the finance guy went to bat for me, found me the car i loved, with most everything i wanted ( that i could also afford), and they haggled with the bank to get the terms I needed. They really cared out my business. I had been there before years ago and they told me they couldn't help me, so if they know that there is no way they can get you the car, they will be up front and tell you. They don't want to waste anyones time. I was there half the day, but in the end i got what I came for. AJ and Scott were GREAT !!!. I highly recommend the drive up there.
