I love this dealership and I never even set foot inside. For the first time ever, we purchased our new Yukon completely with internet pictures, phone calls and a personal delivery of our vehicle. He was all business and was extremely efficient and polite. I expressed concern that the dealership was located 100 miles away but he assured me the car could be delivered to my house. He sent 55 detailed pictures of our car. We tried working with the dealership located close to us but the they couldn't beat the price of Miller Auto Plaza and they were difficult to deal with. Adrian was so easy to work with and made sure to get all the details taken care of. I couldn't say enough about how great Adrian was as well as the dealership and I've never met them. We drove 150 miles in search of our perfect car. We had had a very bad experience with a local Duluth dealer (Krenzen) and were extending our search for a vehicle. We found Miller AutoPlaza and were able to look at the car we were interested in without being accosted. When we were ready, Tami, came out and answered all of our questions and was extraordinary! She was friendly and very easy to work with. My husband had some concerns with the car that were addressed immediately and a deal was made. Going through finance was quick and painless. I found everyone to be very honest and pleasant. We soon drove off the lot in our "new to us" Ford Edge that had 4 brand new tires and even a car wash before we headed out on our long drive home! I was impressed with everything about this dealership. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The vehicle was spotless inside and out. All of our questions answered and concerns addressed. We had been shopping for a van but I was getting VERY turned off by all the high pressure salesmen. We decided to look at your auto center and see what you had for used vehicles, when Tami came over and turned off by all the high pressure salesmen. She made us very comfortable and was like a breath of fresh air, like one of the family, not a push salesperson!!!! I wanted a blue or copper colored van-something different,when Tami suggested that we take a look at red,wine colored van. We checked it out, took it for a test drive, and drove it home that night!!!! Everyone made our van purchase a great experience, but Tami really sold us!!
