When I first arrived at Miller Auto Plaza I was immediately greeted by Ben one of the sales representatives. He was helpful, friendly, courteous and respectful of my desire to test drive a 2014 GMC immediately greeted by Ben one of the sales representatives. Ben was thorough in telling me about the truck, its features, whats new in the 2014 model and he was also honest in telling me that he was still learning about the vehicle himself. If he didn't know the answer he found the answer and got back to me. Ben was not pushy or forceful in my making a decision; he respected my need to think about it for awhile. Once I decided to buy the vehicle he went out of his way to make sure my experience was a good one; in fact it was fantastic. He came on his day off to go over the vehicle details with me again. He helped me set things up, answered my questions and sent me on my way. He has since followed up with me via the phone and email regarding how I am doing with the new vehicle.
