When we started our search for a new vehicle, we stopped at Miller Auto and were fortunate to meet Ben Woltmann. He was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our search for a new vehicle included several dealerships, but we always kept Miller Auto and Ben at the top of our list. We returned to Miller three times and each time he answered all our questions patiently and respectfully never pressuring us to buy a vehicle. On our last visit we became the happy owners of a 2014 Buick Enclave. With his expertise, Ben explained the operations of the various features and options of our new vehicle--he was extremely helpful. He emphasized how he would always be available to answer any questions or concerns we might have in the future. This was my first experience with Miller Auto and I will return for future vehicle needs and will now drive to St. Cloud for service on my vehicle (a 45 minute drive each way). My purchasing and trade-in experience was excellent and Dan and Mitch made me feel comfortable with no pressure - I looked at several vehicles on-line before coming in so I had an idea of what I wanted to purchase already and how much I wanted to spend and I was not steered away from my original intent to upgrade to a more expensive vehicle. I bought a 2014 Nissan Altima and it was the most hassle-free purchasing experience I have ever had. I have already told several people already how wonderful my experience was and I love my new car. We leased another Terrain, this time a 4-cyl that so far we are pleased with, and some nice features the previous one didn't have. Adrian did a good job in getting what we wanted and the lease payment was we are pleased with, and some nice features the previous one didn't have. This is the second purchase we have made through Miller Auto and Scott Kerfeld. We really had no intention of purchasing a car the day we were there as we were just starting our search for a Ford Mustang Auto and Scott Kerfeld. We had called ahead telling Scott of the car we were considering and it was just finishing up in detail when we arrived. Scott encouraged us to take it for a drive and take our time. At no time during the sale did we feel any pressure from him. The quality and cleanliness of the cars you find at Miller Auto is impressive. The whole process was enjoyable as there was no pressure sales and we felt we were treated fairly.
