This is the 4th vehicle that we have bought from Miller Auto Plaza and we will most likely buy our next one from there as well. We feel comfortable shopping at Miller and have always been treated with dignity, respect, and friendliness whether we were getting a new car or one that was older and was what we could afford with the cash we had in our bank account. They have always had great prices on the vehicles and willing to help us find just what we needed, not what would make them the most money. This most recent time shopping here we worked with Matt Luing and although he was fairly new to the dealership he has shown that he has the same honesty and values of the people we have previously worked with. We then proceeded to take a test drive that was long enough to get a feel for the car on side roads as well as the freeway. Although I have not been shopping for a vehicle for over ten years, the cost of a ten year old vehicle took me by surprise. I am sure that cash for clunkers had something to do with it. All in all the price was a fair one considering other vehicles that I had looked at before I went to Miller Auto Plaza. Nick McDonald is an outstanding sales person. My wife and I were interested in possibly purchasing a 2013 Nissan Murano and we stopped by Miller Auto Plaza to check them out. At first he seemed to be a very personable young man eager to help us but not being pushey. He was very familiar with the Nissan that we were looking for and showed us it's many features. We left the dealership with a very good fealing about the Nissan. We took our time deciding about the purchase and as it turned out, the 2013 model was no longer available. This did not stop Nick. Once he new what we were looking for he called us and said that a 2014 model had just come in and that it was probably just what we were looking for. Two days later we returned to the dealership and sure enough the 2014 Nissan Murano was exactly what we were looking for. Nick took care of all the details necessary for the purchase and made the experience a pleasure instead of a hassle. The car was delivered in perfect condition and when promised. We are very pleased. My husband & I decided that it was time to start looking for a different, used vehicle for me. He has a truck, & I wanted something reliable in the winter. I had been looking online, at several car dealerships in the area, & liked how the GMC Acadia looked, & the reviews of owners. I saw the Acadia that caught my eye, on your website, Miller Auto. Had everything I wanted, 3rd row seating, 2 moon roofs, low mileage, & the several pictures you had of it, I could see it was well taken care of! I think I checked the website every day for a couple of weeks to make sure you still had it! Ha! We had bought a Pontiac Grand Prix from Miller Auto in the early 70's, & that vehicle lasted until the 90's! My husband takes very good care of our vehicles, so they last a long time!! We finally had a free Saturday to go car shopping. When we got to Miller Auto that day, we were so impressed with the many vehicles we had to choose from! We went inside & looked around at everything, so clean!! Saw Corin Vavra, & told him what we were looking for, & he took us outside, right to the exact Acadia I had been looking at online! What a gentleman! Showed us all the "bells & whistles" on the Acadia, answered all our questions. Corin was very informative. We took it for a test drive, I was hooked on it! I loved sitting up higher, & being able to see better, & feeling safer behind the wheel. It also was a lot more roomier, on the inside, then we thought! Since we are retired, we like to go on road trips for a longer periods of time, & can get a lot of stuff into the vehicle! I didn't think we were going to buy anything that day, but we sat down with Corin, & I believe, Scott, & put everything down on paper, & thought, why not!! We traded in our 2001 Bonneville, which we got a fair price for, & signed our names on the line!! We had such a great experience that day! My husband had some concerns about the exhaust, so Corin set up an appointment with the service center to check it out. Came back a couple days later, & everything was checked out & fine. What a great service department as well! We have had our Acadia for 3 months, now, & really enjoy it! Thank you, Corin, for all you did to help us out that day!
