Nick McDonald stepped up to assist which is a great demonstration of the teamwork mentality of Miller Auto. The knowledge demonstrated by both of these professionals and the quick nature of Scott's financing package made for a great experiance. In the matter of 3.5 hours we had test drove several automobiles and drove away with an 2014 Nissan Murano. Had to order a large van for my family. This was the closest dealership to my location, so I handled everything over the telephone. Tom was very accommodating and found me the van I was looking for. The only negative take-away, and unfortunately it was the last thing to happen so it's what sticks in my mind, is that the car had an empty gas tank and instead of driving away with a full tank after spending over $20,000 I got not quite half a tank. I actually left more gas in my trade-in vehicle than I got in my new car. It's a tiny detail, but it was the last step in purchasing my car. The last thing to happen before I drove off the lot, and now it's the 1 negative thing I tell people. "I had a great experience, but..." Just the principal of the thing really. More

My experience with Miller Auto was absolutely wonderful! I came in looking for a fairly new, but used car. I had a few vehicles in mind, but Mitch listened to what I was looking for and gave me a few other I came in looking for a fairly new, but used car. Mitch ended up showing me the Nissan Rogue, and I immediately knew it was the right vehicle. All of the staff members were very friendly and accommodating while helping get the vehicle out of the indoor showroom for me to test drive. Mitch was always willing to answer any of my questions (no matter how small) to make sure I felt comfortable in the vehicle and with my purchase. When I came in to purchase the car, Miller filled up my gas tank and washed my car so it looked brand new again. While buying the vehicle, Joe was incredibly helpful and willing to answer any questions I had about the process. Mitch and Joe went above and beyond to make my first car buying experience a fantastic one! I will definitely be working with Miller Auto again in the future! More
