I recently purchased my second vehicle from Scott Kerfeld at Miller Auto Plaza. Scott is wonderful to work with, I believe he truly advocated for me in trying to sell me a car. I felt he had very little su at Miller Auto Plaza. Scott is wonderful to work with, I believe he truly advocated for me in trying to sell me a car. I felt he had very little support from his superior, who was less reasonable during our negotiations. Scott has always been fair, open and honest in all of our dealings. I thought perhaps Miller had changed after my first car purchase three years ago. This time I'm afraid they are similar to what they used to be like, unwilling to negotiate in good faith. Since they had the car I wanted, I did have to buy it from them, but next time I may go elsewhere. This is no reflection on Scott. In my eyes, he's a great salesman and a very astute person with whom to deal. More

We met with Erik looking for a new Nissan and he was honest, fair and worked extra hard for us as the customer. I had an amazing experience at Miller buying my new used vehicle... I walked in wanting to buy a new vehicle for myself and my kids something a little more roomie and dependable. He did not push me in any way to look at vehicles that he knew was out of my price range. He found out what I really wanted out of a vehicle and found the Chevy Traverse for me!!!! I got to test drive it and fell in love! It had just came in on trade and was not ready to leave yet. But I knew it was the one. When I entered Miller Auto Plaza, I was greeted by Dani's friendly face. I explained the type of vehicle I was looking for and the features I wanted in the vehicle. He was quick to bring the Nissan out of the artic air into the warmth of the indoors. He explained some of the features of the vehicle and the rebates and incentives that were available. When questioning about accessories, he gave me quotes and also informed me of the financing they could offer. Because of the professional, no hassel treatment I received that day, Miller has gained a new patron and I plan to send more business their way. THANKS Dani !!!! More

I got to experience Miller’s 5 STAR Experience from our Salesperson, Adrian Schoumaker. His knowledge and patients is awesome.
