Talk about a smooth running operation! The week prior to our vehicle purchase, I had called to inquire about a used vehicle (as we would travel about 3 hours to see it), and talked with Sco The week prior to our vehicle purchase, I had called to inquire about a used vehicle (as we would travel about 3 hours to see it), and talked with Scott Kerfeld. Scott was very friendly and personable, and right away I felt confident about the purchase of the vehicle. Upon our arrival to St. Cloud the following weekend, we met with the group at Miller, to experience the easiest and friendliest car purchase we have ever gone through. From the initial test drive and vehicle run through with Charlie, the vehicle pricing and trade-in discussions with Mike Mueller, to the finance work with Joe, it was a great experience. My husband and I left feeling very happy and relieved at how simple the group at Miller made everything! We traded in two vehicles for an outstanding gently used GMC. We would definitely recommend Miller to anyone, and when we are ready for our next vehicle, Miller will be our first stop. Thanks again guys!!! More

Not so great inspection I bought a used car from Miller just the other day and was overly assured that the car I bought passed their 114 point inspection with flying colors, I bought a used car from Miller just the other day and was overly assured that the car I bought passed their 114 point inspection with flying colors, that the car was for sure 100% okay. Drove the car the rest of the day and the car started to make rattling noises and shake. Brought the car in to a different dealer, got another inspection, and come to find out the crossing arm bolt was completely rusted over and could have sheered off at any turn or pothole. The car SHOULD NOT have passed inspection, there clearly is no 114 point inspection that would miss that. Contacted the manager of used car sales and was nothing but rude about the whole situation. The fact that this was a BIG mistake that put lives in danger didn't affect him which clearly shows how much they actually care about customer safety, just more about getting rid of inventory. More

We have never had the pleasure of working with Nick before but we are thrilled to have had this opportunity. Nick possesses an excellent balance between his down-to-earth nature and excellent knowledge of the product which he is selling. He ensures that his customers are well taken care of and satisfied with their experience at Miller Auto Plaza before, during and AFTER the sale! There were several occasions where Nicks response to any of our inquiries was "I will take care of it" and he did! He always came through, 110%!! As a result of our OUTSTANDING experience I referred my Mother to Nick the very next day! I called to request his assistance with her vehicle selection and he was waiting at the door for her upon her arrival. He took excellent care of her; was patient and even got her LUNCH!!!
