I never felt pressured to make any decision I wasn't comfortable with. He took the time to go over everything in my vehicle with me so i'm aware of all the wonderful features my Encore has to offer! Ben was easy to talk to and had a great sense of humor which I really appreciated while I waited for my vehicle and paperwork to be ready. He was also patient and friendly with my 11 yr old son and all of his questions. ;) In the past, I have not liked car shopping but I would definately shop through Ben and Miller Auto Plaza again.
