Spectacular Customer Service My Husband and I recently bough a new Nissan NVP from Miller Auto. We had been having difficulty at other dealerships finding and financing just what My Husband and I recently bough a new Nissan NVP from Miller Auto. We had been having difficulty at other dealerships finding and financing just what we wanted in our new family vehicle. Once our new baby arrived in November, we would outgrow our minivan! I was frustrated and ready to give up on the vehicle buying/trading process until I talked to Adam Maciej from Miller. He was determined to get us into the vehicle we needed, and set us up with Rick Wildtraut from finance. Together, they were able to seamlessly get the financing where we needed it to be and set up our trade in. Did I mention we are from out of state and they did everything over the phone and computer?! I was totally blown away by how helpful these guys were, and how easy the process really was. We made the 3 1/2 hour drive to the Miller dealership just 3 days later to pick up our new NVP! Once again we were met with great customer service. The Miller Auto and Marine dealership showroom was stunning. We had out 2 youngest children along and they actually had playgrounds and bouncy houses there for the kids to enjoy-no kidding! They were ready for us and sensitive to the fact that we had children along, and a long drive home. We were in and out faster than I could have hoped for, and driving home in our new NVP before we knew it! Thank You, Adam, Rick and everyone at Miller Auto! When we spring for a boat, I know where we will be heading! More

I originally call Justin Stedham on the phone to get a price over the phone thinking I would just be getting a price only, but in the end, ended up purchasing from them for the first time. Justin was very flexible with me since I could only deal over the phone since I was so busy with other things and it was nice to not get the "why don't you stop in and we can talk about it" like I get at other dealers. I would and will be buying from them in the future and they made my switch from chevy to gmc very easy. More

Easy peasy! I went in to trade off my Impala while it was still low in mileage and because I needed a car with more room in the back seat since my teenage guys ar I went in to trade off my Impala while it was still low in mileage and because I needed a car with more room in the back seat since my teenage guys are 6'9" and 6'10"! I wanted to keep my payment around $350 or less. Justin recommended a Nissan Versa Note. When I saw the car, I thought 'ya, right, like THAT'S going to be roomy', but, I was surprised how much room there is in it. My 'giants 'fit great in it! I love it! Justin really worked hard to find me something I'd be happy with and still keep my payments where I want them. He explained a lease to me since I had never leased a car before and it sounded good to me so I did a lease. Rick was great with the financial part too. He really knew his stuff and got me through it as painlessly as possible! I have no complaints at all and I would definitely return to Miller again for my next car! More
