A car dealership experience I've never had before. Neither my wife nor I particularly enjoy "car shopping". The high pressure sales tactics to purchase a high priced car is usually not a pleasant exper Neither my wife nor I particularly enjoy "car shopping". The high pressure sales tactics to purchase a high priced car is usually not a pleasant experience. The haggling over my price versus their price is not much fun either. However, Miller Auto Plaza dealership and Scott Kerfeld in particular made for a great time shopping for a vehicle. From the first phone call to the dealership to leaving in our new Nissan later that day, my wife and I felt at ease and relaxed. Scott was wonderful spending time with us explaining things, answering questions, setting up test drives and walking us through the , in our case, leasing steps. I look forward to getting my service work done at Miller, when possible; and discussing future car needs. Keep up the good work. More

Last Saturday we decided to take advantage of the warm weather and shop some local dealerships. After stopping by two other dealerships in St Cloud (with VERY disappointing customer service), we decided to stop by Miller. We were very impressed with the selection of used cars and ran into sales rep Gina Bowers. Gina was very personable and answered all of our questions. After taking a couple days to discuss, we came back and purchased a vehicle. I work in sales and was VERY impressed with Gina, her enthusiasm and strong communication skills. You have a good sales rep there!!!!! More
Excellent Once again Justin came through. On Sunday on a wim after a Caribou Coffee my wife and I decided to drive thru the Miller lot and we spotted a Sierra t Once again Justin came through. On Sunday on a wim after a Caribou Coffee my wife and I decided to drive thru the Miller lot and we spotted a Sierra that we wanted about three years ago but ended up buying a new Terrain that we really like. After discussing the Sierra that was a color that my wife really likes and after discussing for about 5 minutes, we made the decision and on Monday we drove it home. Sierra's are nothing new to us as we have had one for several years. Also a big thanks to the Miller team and those guys in the back that don't mind getting dirty and greasy like I do. Great Experience Knowing I was going to purchase a new vehicle this spring, I decided to stop in at the Miller Dealership after experiencing a flat tire on my current Knowing I was going to purchase a new vehicle this spring, I decided to stop in at the Miller Dealership after experiencing a flat tire on my current vehicle & looked at the Buick Encore. I had narrowed my purchasing decision down to three vehicles & was told by a good friend to consider the Encore at Miller as one of them. I walked through the front door & was just browsing around when Ben Woltmann approached me & asked if he could help me. I told him was just looking & was considering the Encore along with two other vehicles. He was so very kind, patient, & gracious while I lamented about my flat tire & that I wasn't really interested at the time in getting any details on a vehicle. I also told him I was directed by my friend to work with Bob Yozamp, the sales manager. Ben took some information from me & said he would have Bob call me. The following day I was back at Miller, met with Bob & Ben, explained what I was looking for & they found the perfect Encore for me. Because of their patience & diligence in finding what I wanted, I no longer considered the other options I was looking at. When I picked up the vehicle Ben was very thorough & knowledgeable about explaining all the features of the vehicle & told me to call him at any time if I needed help in understanding how to use any & all elements on the dash board of the Encore. I was very impressed with the help of Bob, Ben & Jamie in the finance department with this entire experience. You were a great team to work with! More

We met Ben My wife and I were extremely blessed by the kindness and respect and service given by our salesman, Ben Woltmann and by Jamie in finance. We met Ben at the St. Cloud auto show in 2014 and were very impressed with his personable personality and conversation, his kindness, and knowledge. Since they we have stayed in touch knowing that when the time was right (2016) that we would want to work with him in purchasing the Rogue. That day came last Saturday and he was very helpful in every way to present the options available and help seal the deal. Ben then turned us over to Jamie who also was very kind and helpful in all the financial paper work. At the end, Ben so kind as to spend the needed time to go over all the basic dash elements of the car. We could have not been treated any better. Thank you so much! Don and Joanne Wilke More
