Jared Larson was very helpful when my family came in to purchase two Nissan Altimas. We had an unusual situation occur when we were test driving the first Altima and Jared was right there to assist us. Dur purchase two Nissan Altimas. During the six hour process of looking at vehicles, test driving, and getting the paper work done, Jared was there to assist us, bring the right people over to us and make sure we were being taken care of. The only thing that I was disappointed about was the 2018 used Altima did not get a full tank of fuel before we left. Also, and I realize some of this is beyond the control of the dealership, but we still don't have the license plate for our 2020 Altima. Today is January 24, and the temporary registration plates expired on the January 22. I called the dealership and one person told me we needed to get another 21 day temporary license and I was told by another person that they don't give those out again. The person who said they were unable to give out another one said he would not get back to me. I called on Friday, 1/22, and he still has yet to return my call regarding this situation. More
