That being said, I called Scott and told him exactly what I was looking for. He did a dealer search and called me back in 1/2 hour, the dealer swap was done in 3 days. The day I picked it up I told him I didn't want to wait around all day so to have my floor mats and mud flaps installed and arrange for the service department to switch out my tonneau cover while I was doing the paperwork so I could get back on the road. Got there, did the paperwork and was out in an hour or less with my new truck. It's exactly what I wanted. Refreshing to work with a dealership that actually wants you to have a good experience! We told him about our struggles and made sure we knew that Miller is not commissioned based, so he gets paid the same amount of money per unit he sells, no matter the amount it sells for, and that he works for US to get the best deal possible. We told him our price range and he instantly showed us the inventory in our price range (where as the previous dealer showed us vehicles $4k above our budget). Ironically enough, we found a vehicle that WAS well above our bottom-line budget, but Tim helped us negotiate so that the monthly payment was in budget and we walked away with a 2009 Ford Escape with only 23,000 miles! It was awesome! Very laid back and relaxing experience! The fountain pop made it that much more better! We didn't have our son with, but if we did, they have an AWESOME play area for kids! Highly recommend Tim and Miller Auto! Will definitely go back! More

My first auto dealer experience I came in knowing exactly the vehicle I wanted to purchase. This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership so I was a little overwhelmed to I came in knowing exactly the vehicle I wanted to purchase. This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership so I was a little overwhelmed to begin with. K-Sandra was there to help every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made the experience easy for me. The reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because when it came to talking with a manager, the whole experience changed did a 360 and became very tense and unwelcoming, and honestly he came off as condescending. I almost walked away without purchasing. Had my experience with K-Sandra been different, I would have. But, because she was so patient and kind with me, I did not want her to lose the sale, and I also didn't want to start the shopping process all over. Overall, she was GREAT and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a vehicle thru her again! Thanks again K-Sandra, I appreciate everything! More
