They had the vehicle for a month but it had n We found the exact vehicle and miles we wanted here. Price was a bit high with little room to negotiate. They had the vehicle for a month but it had not been detailed so we returned later to pick it up. They did miss some larger paint chips, 3 pea sized on the passenger side, a missing radio knob in the back seat, the Bluetooth head sets had batteries in them that had exploded, the rear cargo door seal was ripped in a foot long section and the dash read service side detection system. Nolan was all around great but needs to listen and follow up a bit better. I spoke with Nolan to express my concerns and he arranged Mike to speak to me promptly. Mike apologized and sent a driver 2 hours away to our home to pickup, repair and return the vehicle. I would love to praise the dealership for this but it honestly could have been avoided if the service and detail departments were more thorough. Nevertheless, I do say they did what was expected and perhaps more than other dealers may have done to make the situation right with us. One other side note is that I wish they had worked with my wife directly, since it was her vehicle. It may have made her feel better about the issues. More

Great sales person, low pressure dealership We decided to go looking for a Summer 'fun' car one Saturday afternoon and found that Miller Auto had two that we were interested in. It was a two hou We decided to go looking for a Summer 'fun' car one Saturday afternoon and found that Miller Auto had two that we were interested in. It was a two hour drive for us so we needed a dealership that was worth the drive with plenty of inventory - turned out upon arrival that they had way more than we had seen online. The dealership itself is a wonderland - lots of cars inside, bright cheery showroom, coffee and beverages in a big open diner style area to sit and relax. Apparently the sales folks are salaried so there wasn't the pressure of the 'pounce' when you arrive - just a friendly greeting. We had exchanged emails with Nina Xayasane so asked for her and we were guided over to her, she was ready for us. Had both cars brought out of the show room for us - handed us the keys, told us to have fun and be back before dark. She was hilarious. We found the car we liked, made an offer. Went off to lunch - she called to say she'd gotten us closer and come back if we're interested. We bantered a bit with a sales manager (forgot his name). Overall I would say the process was actually fun. I don't get nervous talking prices, it's just a numbers game and there was no pressure. We agreed on a price - he had research showing it was fair (so did I, so knew where we wanted to be). From there it was off to do the final paperwork. I had a pre-approved loan - the dealership beat my already aggressive interest rate and with that we signed the paperwork, shook Nina's hand and I listened to my bride revving the engine of our 'new' 2015 Challenger behind me the whole way home. Nina followed up several times after to see how things were going. I would highly recommend Nina and, I'm amazed I'm about to say this, I would recommend Miller Auto as well - it was a good overall experience (and their coffee was really good too!).
