I'm giving them 4 out of 5 stars. The reason? I had test driven a truck a week prior. They had a second truck that was just traded in but it couldn't be tested since it hadn't been serviced yet. When the second truck was ready, I asked if the first one was still available. They confirmed that both trucks were ready and that they would park them next to each other for comparison. When I arrived at my appointed time, I was informed that "Management" had loaned out the first truck I tested and it wouldn't be available for a second test drive. I was very disappointed when they knew I was coming in. Fortunately, I fell in love with the second truck after taking it for a spin. We had our own truck that we wanted to trade in and after a little negotiating, we feel we got a fair price for it. Both Jared and Harley did a great job and were personable and professional. More
