Excellent I was able to schedule my appt online and even though that isn’t ideal for the shop they made it work. When I arrived I was greeted by Katie and she w I was able to schedule my appt online and even though that isn’t ideal for the shop they made it work. When I arrived I was greeted by Katie and she was friendly and helpful. I also interacted with Jane who was able to get me a loaner that I didn’t think I would get. I was able to run errands while waiting for my vehicle. Then I when got back I found out I didn’t owe anything for the oil change as I get 2 free with the new vehicle purchase. Thank you Miller!! More

Started off good, but ended with terrible customer service The sale of our Buick Casada was a very easy one, because we had our minds made up prior to showing up. Our Sales person Melissa Holland was very helpful and Jacob in finance did a wonderful job. Overall we were very pleased UNTIL. . . .Miller had a promotion after Thanksgiving you received $500 in gift cards. We were only given 4 and realized it when we got home. I contacted Melissa the next day and she was going to take care of it and get an additional one sent out. We have received nothing and have since emailed twice with no response. This has us feel as if we trying to take advantage of Miller for some reason when we are not. It's not about the $100 gift card anymore for us, it's about the fact that this is an example of terrible customer service and someone needs to hear about it. I see that Melissa is not listed as a Sales person any long for me to select as working with her, so maybe that has something to do with it? More
