No call backs Super friendly staff, but after three days of service my problem still wasn’t fixed even after it said it was. Had a loaner for three days which is fi Super friendly staff, but after three days of service my problem still wasn’t fixed even after it said it was. Had a loaner for three days which is fine, but had to call 2 (at business day end) out of the 3 days to check on the status of my car. Super inconvenient considering I work in town, but don’t live in town. This isn’t the only time I never received a call back. Had a remote start installed after I bought my vehicle. Had a loaner for the day, no call saying the car was done so I rolled up at closing time and sure enough car was done. Who knows how long it had been sitting there. I consider myself a pretty understating and patient person, but with having to pry for feedback on the status of the car I have to rate only 3 stars and that’s just because everyone seems so nice. More
