Thought we had a Nissan issue, but it was not Jason was great, set me up with a loaner car - I thought we had a Nissan issue with an engine miss, tranny or transfer cases problem and my warranty w Jason was great, set me up with a loaner car - I thought we had a Nissan issue with an engine miss, tranny or transfer cases problem and my warranty was close to running out. Turned out they found quickly that my airbox was not reconnected properly after inspection from one of those quick lube oil change places - I won't say the name but the hint would be they use Valvoline oil. Anyway, quick and more than reasonable fix. One another note in regards to the business that made the mistake - they stepped up to the plate and covered my expense and hassle of running to St Cloud with 2 free oil changes. Pain but easy fix and great customer service at Miller. One more thing - we bought a new Enclave from a Buick dealer off Highway 10 in Anoka because Miller did not have the color we wanted, we took it in for an wheel shaking issue 5 days later and service manager told my wife that she had to have hit something because the wheels do not just go out of balance - sad they will not give her a car as a loaner - she called me and I said take it to Miller in Rogers, she did and Miller treated her like she bought it ther - gave her a car and found there was a balance issue right from the factory. I will make every effort to buy a new car from Miller!!! Bought a new Bennington too - great to deal with!!! More

I (Patricia) Sauer ) brought our Buick in to have windshield wipers replace Dear Service Team, also, thank You for your rapid & friendly service. I (Patricia) Sauer ) brought our Buick in to have windshield wipers replaced on Wed March 13 and was so thankful for the courteous directional and desk help, and the rapid service by those replacing the wipers. I know that it takes a "managerial atmosphere" to help build and support the "climate" of the other employees, and so i have faith that this kind of congenial dependable service will continue.
