I have never had such an easy transaction! I walked in on a Friday night while I was passing through town. Jared showed me a vehicle they just got in, and hadn't even been processed yet. Nina, who works in Finance talked with me for less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. I spend around 30-45 minutes there. The rest of the transaction was completely by text messages. The following Thursday my car was delivered to me! Signatures took less than 10 minutes. Jared and Nina couldn't have made the buying process and easier. I will recommend everyone I know who is contemplating purchasing a vehicle to go to Miller Auto Plaza! The previous weekend I went to Brainerd to look at vehicles. The experience I had at that dealership couldn't have been more opposite. After almost four hours of looking at vehicles and then paperwork of trade-in value and finance, I walked away disgusted and discouraged. I am so happy I made the decision to stop at Miller Auto Plaza on my way through town. More
