I brought our 2016 GMC Yukon Denali in for break issues and they found a few other issues and couldn’t give me a definite time of repair other than they would do some work that evening and finish the other and they found a few other issues and couldn’t give me a definite time of repair other than they would do some work that evening and finish the other work the following day. I left the vehicle over at the GMC repair facility And they gave me a time of nine or 10 o’clock the following morning they would give me a call or it should be done. The following day I called at about 9 o’clock and they thought it would be more like noon to 130 that the vehicle would be done. They finished the vehicle a little after one and said it would be done. When I got there, they said it was done and it was sitting in the parking lot so I paid the bill and went out to my vehicle and the vehicle seating was all the way forward and as high as it go. so I moved the seating back so I could get into the vehicle and sit down, and when I started the vehicle after making adjustments, automatic seating, pushed me forward to the dashboard. I wasn’t expecting this, so in my position I wasn’t able to get to the seat adjustment to stop it right away. At first, I thought the seat was just brought forward for a smaller driver, such as sometimes they leave the radio on, or need the seat forward to set properly. The vehicle allows for three seating positions, 12 and three and the first two seating positions were reprogrammed all the way forward and up and the third all the way back. This was a serious problem, because I am disabled and being pushed up to the dashboard, caused intense pain to my legs and back. I went inside, spoke to one of the advisors, and they stated first that no one there, including the person repairing the vehicle would have reprogrammed the seats, and that the battery was disconnected, and it went back to that seating assignment. They explained to me that the person working on the vehicle was the tallest person there, and would’ve had no reason to have moved the seats forward. I explained to the advisor that this was the first time I got in the vehicle receiving it from them and not only was the seat fully forward and it could go, but it was programmed in the first two settings in that it had been purposely done. The advisor referred me to the manager and he explained that nobody would do this there that they were all professionals and he also came out to the vehicle in North. The seat was forward and up and was programmed in that way and said he would get to the bottom of it, but I heard nothing back from him even to this day. . At this point, I can’t expect any type of professionalism and can’t believe or trust that their services would be in anyway up to standards due to the way I was treated after picking up the vehicle. The whole time I was there, not one person involved, apologized for what happened, knowing that someone had to have reprogrammed the seats as either a prank against someone or us in the case that we don’t know anyone there personally, it makes no sense. I was even told am I sure if I didn’t program that?. More

Cost me new tires, alignment, detailing, cost of rim and still needs wheel bearings. They told me this would all be checked out and fixed prior to being picked up but nothing was done and I had to pay for all of these fixes. I was also told it was exactly like the one on showroom and it was not. This dealer has no integrity and honor. They are only interested in making money regardless of who they screw over. I will never step foot in this dealer again and can only say to find a dealer someplace else as you are going to get screwed over. More
