Both of them perfectly understood what the issue was, and worked as a team to resolve the issue at my COMPLETE SATISFACTION!!! By the way, DORIS, with whom I made the service appointment over the phone, very kindly offered to me the closest date for it according to my convenience and time availability. It must be noted that she even offered the appointment for the very next day taking into account the urgency on my particular situation. I have been a loyal customer to this dealership for more than 10 years as the service provided to all of my Toyota vehicles as well as to my family members and to me is simply GREAT in all senses!!!
