A small servicing of my Prius I came in for an oil change and a checkup on my 2007 Prius. As usual, I was greeted promptly upon arriving and me service representative was friendly I came in for an oil change and a checkup on my 2007 Prius. As usual, I was greeted promptly upon arriving and me service representative was friendly and efficient. The area where we waited was clean and airy and the coffee was good too. The car was back to me in about an hour and they only charged me for the oil change and told me that no other work was necessary. I will continue to bring both of my Toyotas here. That way I know that they are getting genuine Toyota service and that I will be able to keep my cars in good shape for years to come. More

Shawn Nathu was excellent I have had Shawn as my Service Manager now for 2 consecutive times since July 2014 and he has been exceptional in his responsiveness and addressing th I have had Shawn as my Service Manager now for 2 consecutive times since July 2014 and he has been exceptional in his responsiveness and addressing the issue in a timely manner. Most importantly, the problem has been taken care of in the best way. Additionally, Shawn has been very courteous and respectful of my time to ensure that my vehicle issue does not affect my work and personal schedules. He has also been very good in letting me know what it would cost and every time it has been that or even less so it meets my expectation and I am not surprised by any hidden costs. bad experience I took my 2012 camry in on 12/3/14 to have a recall software upgrade done and also to have it serviced. I dropped my car off at 9 am snawn Nathu was I took my 2012 camry in on 12/3/14 to have a recall software upgrade done and also to have it serviced. I dropped my car off at 9 am snawn Nathu was my service guy. I left the car an hr and a half later shawn N calls from toyota he verified my name and type of car then proceeded to tell me I needed 2 new parts one of which was a transmission modulator and the cost would be 1300!!!!!?.??I told him that cant be fixed today call me when the car is ready. Ten minutes later I called him back i left a msg he returned my call about 15 minutes after saying he called the wrong customer and my car was ready. Shawn N drove my car around I got in and it wasn't even washed! Which dealership doesnt offer a wash with service? Since then I have been been feeling a pull in my car.while driving smh. 1300??? What a big mistake! I wont be going back. More

Don't go there, do it yourself My wife waited for service to be completed for over 3 hours (for an oil change and lube) was charged over $70 for a job Jiffy lube could have done for My wife waited for service to be completed for over 3 hours (for an oil change and lube) was charged over $70 for a job Jiffy lube could have done for under $45 and in the 1/4 of the time. two days later my tells me she smell oil. Long story short a pooped the hood to discover the technician left the oil fill cap off and sitting on the vent between the windshield and the hood seal. which resulted in hot oil all over the engine and engine compartment (FIRE HAZZARD) and the engine being over a quart low on oil. if I had not decided to check it would have been much worse (ENGINE DAMAGE). I have pictures documenting all of this and the dealership has taken corrective action (Stevens is the service writer) More

When I go in for service, she always makes sure she speaks to the service department and tells them I am her long time customer. I say to anyone who wants to buy a Toyota - go see Nateshia : ) More
