Secondly, I would like to give a shout out to Stevens Pierre who helped me out in service (also) when Joann was off. Those two work great together. They work as a team. I am a BIG fan of quality team work and those two are the example. More
TRASMISSION PROBLEM since this is my third car from your Co. ,I have had no problem,except for the for my recent problem they can't correct the problem,even the Toyota re since this is my third car from your Co. ,I have had no problem,except for the for my recent problem they can't correct the problem,even the Toyota rep can't solve it.AFTER SEVERAL REPAIRS WE WERE TOLD THAT WE MAY BE HITTING THE SHIFT HANDLE.xx WE ARE DISAPO[NTED WITH YOU AND TOYOTA.SINCE THE PROBLEM OCCURRRED INTERMITTANLLY WE HAVE OFFERED TO LEAVE THE CAR AND HAVE SOMEONE DRIVE IT FOR A FEW DAYS. Everyone is friendly and the waiting room is great, but enough is enough .When does the dealer step in to protect a customer. More

It was an unrelated issue, but it hadn't been caught during the multi-poin My car needed winterizing. They did it. A day later, my car wouldn't start. It was an unrelated issue, but it hadn't been caught during the multi-point inspection, so they gave me 50% off on the job. The car was still choking when cold, and they had me leave it overnight. No charge to tell me that the car worked great, but the computer system had to relearn the way I drive. Today a 15 year old car feels like new! More

I was told I would be needing tires but, instead of pushing me to buy them now, George told me it could wait until spring when he was sure they would be having a special. I really appreciated that. My husband should bring his Avalon here I brought my car in as a walk in at 9:00. I had to leave my car. The shuttle got me to work by 10. Working with Tim was a wonderful experience. (And I brought my car in as a walk in at 9:00. I had to leave my car. The shuttle got me to work by 10. Working with Tim was a wonderful experience. (And he's rather cute). Tim was kind and understanding. He keep me up to date the entire time and called when the problem was identified. He did what was necessary to see that the work would be covered by the warranty. Since I did not have a car to drive, I was given a rental at no charge. When I picked up my car the next day, she was clean and now Hot Lava hums once again. Thank you Tim!!
