She urged me to test drive the Rav 4 that I had liked. She was able to answer any questions I may have had. We did not discuss price until several hours later. Celeste was fair and we agreed upon an reasonable price. I enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to my friends and family. CELESTE 5 STARS !!!! Bewere of HECTOR Celeste was absolutely AMAZING !!!!! I walked in last Sunday to look around, and I was lucky enough to fall into CELESTE hands right away. She Celeste was absolutely AMAZING !!!!! I walked in last Sunday to look around, and I was lucky enough to fall into CELESTE hands right away. She didn't pressure me into buying a car on Sunday I previously informed Her that it would be my husbands car and he will come the next day to see and decide ... the amazing thing is that she didn't hurry me out or give me any less attention. The reality was that I was very serious buyer who needed a day or two. I received quote from another dealer on a bit less fancy car and Celeste worked hard to match the price for better car. We got there ?? We returned on Monday and we just drove ourselves home in our brand new car. Problem come when we went to pay and went to deal with HECTOR ! ( some other rewiew I just saw about him not good as well ) Attitude as soon as you ask what this fee is and what that fee is!!! VERY POOR AT MATH !!! Payed half and half ( cash and check ). I had $9.900 When counting money he " forgot " to write down the $900 with he was holding in his hands ! I also left deposit of $50 day before and was short $160 with I thought I can pay cash but VERY rudely he asked me for my ss# and occupation. I asked "why?" In replay I got " I need your social and occupation thats all I can tell you! " I decided to put the remaining $160 balance on my cc minus the $50 deposit I left day before with would make $110 he had written down on a paper AND what ! He returned with a cc receipt for $160!!! Nice try !!! I refused to sigh ! He made me some paper thet the $50 will be returned the next day ( today but still have nothing ). CELESTE 5 STARS HECTOR not even 1 !!! Sent from my iPhone More
