They were the only ones with the specific tire I wanted. When I got there, I told them that I needed the car by a certain time because I had to return it the same day before the car rental company closed. The young lady told me that it would take between 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs. I stressed the importance of getting the car on time and I was assured that I would have gotten it within the allotted time period. I waited over two hours for them to replace one tire on the car. I ended keeping the rental for an extra day at an additional day. More

Easy to make an appointment service was good but then I got a call from one of the tech saying I had an oil leak that it was a 6-hour job and it would cost me $ 1,200! I had to call my husband right away because he knows his cars and he was offended that a dealership would charge so much just to fix a job that he knows would only cost about $40 and take less than an hour... so anyway we said no thank you, my husband will take the job on himself. I was charged about $100 for oil, rotation of tires and $0 for my recall. After 3 hours again the tech warned me nicely that my leak was no easy job as he handed my receipt. (shuttle service to pick me up is why I gave this a 1 star ).BUT THEN Next day my husband realizes that the tires were never rotated !! WHAT? How come I charged for something that was never done? and why would they have my car for so long trying to charge me $1,200 when they should have been working on my tires!? If the tech did such of "thorough" check then why didn't they do what they were really supposed to do! I felt LIED to. I felt taken advantage of as a WOMAN. I felt like they were extremely shady! First and last time I go to Millenium Toyota how unfortunate and disappointing! .... the director NIcholas Garguilo acknowledged his subordinates did not complete the job and rectified it. More
Worst dealer on Long Island I normally don’t write reviews ,but I feel I have to worn everyone about this dealership and the people they have working for them, they are not sales I normally don’t write reviews ,but I feel I have to worn everyone about this dealership and the people they have working for them, they are not sales persons they are HUSTLERS AND SCAMERS. I tool my car in for service on 7/19/19 they wouldn’t leave me alone kept hounding me to give back my leased vehicle that they wanted and would give me a better deal on another lease vehicle. I agree to sit down with the sales man Marvin he quoted me a price on a new vehicle that I agreed with took me to the lot and even showed me the vehicle it was a limited RAV4 fully loaded we went back to do the paper worg when his manager Yama came over and said that Marvin made a mistake and they couldn’t sell that vehicle for the price he gave me.he said he would put me in the exactly same car with all the same options except for leather interior for the original price we agreed on.I agreed to it made the deal paid the down payment waited 3 hours for the car when the came was ready they just gave me the keys and told me I can leave. So I did when I got home and went to set up navigation I realized it didn’t have it I called the sales person Marvin he said he that it had I play that all I needed was a I phone witch I don’t have I told that that wasn’t the same as navigation he told me he was goi t to talk to Yama and call me back he never did. I went back on 7/22/19 to see them they agreed that they were wrong about the vehicle but could not do anything about it because I had already driven car out of dealer.they said the best they could do was offer me a portable navigation system. I like Toyota vehicles but not this dealer they will never get another penny from me or anyone in my family. I have already filed a complaint with consumer affairs ( I asked if they would lower the lease agreement and they laughed at me) More
Good Service! Maria was very nice and helpful. She took her time out to mention all options on leasing. I have had good experience here before also! Maria was very nice and helpful. She took her time out to mention all options on leasing. I have had good experience here before also! More
WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE Honestly, I had a wonderful experience with everyone I dealt with. Starting with Roger our rep, excellent and the best sales rep I've dealt with ever Honestly, I had a wonderful experience with everyone I dealt with. Starting with Roger our rep, excellent and the best sales rep I've dealt with ever at dealers, not pushing for a deal but listening and working with you and explains everything in detail....even showing me how to move the seats up and down.....who doesn't know how to do that but he went through everything in detail. Ask for him! Then dealt with Leslie sales manager, another wonderful experience and very pleasant to work with. Made me feel very comfortable and worked with me to finalize the deal! You know how it is getting when getting to the sales manager, usually they do the same and push you to force more money from you but not Leslie. Very understanding and works hard to help you get the deal done. These guys are wonderful and took care of me and my family! Most dealers try to push you hard, trick you but these guys are true professionals and trustful! MUST DEAL WITH ROGER AND LESLIE!!! More
Pressure you to Finance - Do Not Honor Deals! I had a very bad sales experience attempting to purchase a car at Millennium Toyota, and I would highly recommend you avoid them at all costs. I was h I had a very bad sales experience attempting to purchase a car at Millennium Toyota, and I would highly recommend you avoid them at all costs. I was helping my 74 year old mother purchase a car at their Hempstead location. We made it clear from the start that she was intending to buy it outright and that she was not interested in an extended warranty. After spending nearly 3 hours looking at both new and used vehicles she decided on a Lexus IS 300 2016 model that fit her needs, and after some negotiations we agreed on a price. We shook on it with the Salesman, his manager, and the Pre-Owned supervisor Sherif and thanked them for agreeing on the final number. They printed out the documents for her to sign and we were in the process of getting the registration done and processing the trade in. That’s when the sales person Gary came over and asked how we were going to pay; he suggested $2000 down, and financing the rest. We reiterated that my mom wanted to pay for the entire balance and that’s when things started to go south. After going back and forth with the Sales person and him dashing away to check with the manager numerous times, he came back and told us the deal was off. I was furious we had agreed on a price, shook, on it and my mom had already signed the papers. They were attempting to pressure a 74 year old woman into taking a loan she didn’t need, and refused to follow through on the deal we agreed to. When I asked the Pre-owned Sales Manager what was going on he was incredibly rude and said they had the right to refuse the deal, and that without financing they would not honor it. We grabbed the signed papers and walked out and we will never be using them or any other Millennium affiliate if that’s how they treat their customers. More
CHEAT and LYING are their Mantra - Buyer BE WARE!! Patrick M My wife and I have been leasing from this dealership for the past 15 years, and one of the worst experience happened while we tried to return our curr My wife and I have been leasing from this dealership for the past 15 years, and one of the worst experience happened while we tried to return our current 2016 toyota that we're leasing. We were slapped with $3,972 in charges after going to return our lease car. this happened because we told the "lease retention manager" Pat M. that we decided not to lease anymore, : The charges ranged from Lease Termination fees (we did not terminate the lease, it ran the course - 36months), $1600 documentation fees, and another $995 for disposition fees (although out lease document shows $350 disposition fee). After speaking Toyota Financial Service service, they confirm those fees that the dealership telling us we have to pay were BOGUS! and not related to the lease. Also, TFS don't require customer to pay up-front for disposition fees, it is billed directly by TFS. The dealership claim charges were related to milage overage, but we're allow 30,000 miles, and the care only has 16,921 when it was inspected -- OVERAGE? Also, the car has no damages and or excessive wear, and was maintained by this dealership -- did they do a horrible job maintaining the car? The dealership know that they are required to take in your lease return, so they try to cheat you out of monies by claiming you have to pay enormous amound of monies to surrender the lease. We just return to car to Hillside Honda, and the Service Manager SAL did the inspection, and found NO WEAR AND TEAR OR EXCESSIVE Mileage (despite Millennium Toyota claim). When speak with Pat M., it's like speaking to the CEO on ENRON - he lies like a stinking dog! Although we have taken picture of him inspecting our car - he claim it was never inspected - very very nasty dude! Be very careful of this dealership - there lots of great review, and I'm sure customers are happy - but there a fake review on this site too - because the dealership make the employee sign up for gmail , and create fake review --- i know, because my friend works in the service department and this is what they had him do.--- Very bad experience In the dealership respond to this review, you sill see they IGNORE all claim of BOGUS review on Googole, but Google know that 90% of the reviews with 5-star are from employees, and the dealership just want to "show-up" it's reputation. If you want a real review, look at YELP and look at BBB.org - this is a disgraceful dealership, at least dealing with Patrick Marangiello More
No Integrity I originally came to this location to purchase a used car that online I saw was overpriced compared to what I’ve seen regarding the same vehicle. I originally came to this location to purchase a used car that online I saw was overpriced compared to what I’ve seen regarding the same vehicle. I came in to take a test run and the vehicle was average at best. Definitely not something I was excited to buy but I needed a vehicle and if they were willing to negotiate I was ready to make an offer. I needed a co-signer because my credit isn’t the best although I do have every bit of proof to show I have more than enough income to pay the asking price for the vehicle. However, my co-signer was uncomfortable as she was not impressed with neither the vehicle or the price this location was attempting to sell it for. We moved on but the salesman “full of smiles” was willing to do anything in his power to try and negotiate an already well overpriced vehicle. Fast forward a couple of days I went to the location that I previously purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry, and my dad has purchased several vehicles. This location was on board with Toyota.coms “speciality” pricing pending the arrival of the vehicle of my choice being delivered in a couple of days since it was not already in their inventory. Already set for purchase, because of circumstances my goal was to find a fuel efficient vehicle at a monthly cost that would save me the most money long term. That being said, my original salesmen from millenium Toyota called to ask if I was still interested in purchasing a used vehicle from them and I stated that I had already made a deal at a price point that matches my budget and what I am looking for. The salesman responded with confidence saying oh “but if you are going to lease a vehicle we can probably beat the price”. So I told him my price offer from PENN TOYOTA and he insisted that there would be an opportunity to beat the price they were offering so I made time to make another visit. I was direct to the point both on the phone and in person regarding my other offer. It was supposed to be $2000 down for a $251/ month payment with a $15,000 a year lease plan. And after much wasted time these people had the audacity to make an offer for the same vehicle at $255 a month with $3300 down. Now I’m not saying there’s anything wrong if this is the best you can do, but if you are going out of your way to have me spend my time with you when I already expressed my previous offer, you should be prepared to offer something better than my previous offer. Now there’s more. Visibly and emotionally frustrated the sales manager says we can look into it once we have your co-signer present. Meanwhile I told them that my co-signer is ready and willing to sign if their conditions are better than what was offered at the previous dealership. Despite my word that my co-signers were ready and willing to sign and leave with a car this very day he refused to move forward and review numbers about wether or not getting to my price point was even a possibility. Moral of the story, I have many people I personally know who have made a deal with this company not realizing that they are getting bent over with all these extra hidden fees that they misguide your attention away with fake authenticity, balloons, hamburgers and “specials”. This location will take advantage of anyone without a basic knowledge of how car dealerships operate and when they are called out on this with mathematical proof and research they look at you as if you are victimizing them meanwhile they are doing this on a regular basis. My recommendation is PENN TOYOTA of Greenvale if you want a genuine and realistic experience shopping for these vehicles. They will match anything you find online and are willing to go above and beyond for you when it comes to looking out for your best interest Happy Fourth of July ! Don’t be fooled and be safe ! More
first car leased After days of communication through texts, we finally came to visit the store. My husband and I never had a car before, so we came to this dealership After days of communication through texts, we finally came to visit the store. My husband and I never had a car before, so we came to this dealership with a friend of ours, who is an experienced driver. Mark greeted us warmly and explained to us the difference between different Toyota Rav4 hybrid models, and then showed us the car in stock. We told Mark our budget and we were glad that he was able to get close to our numbers. Everything was seamless and pleasant. Hector handled and processed our paperwork for leasing very professionally, and waited patiently while my husband and I were buying our auto insurance online by ourselves. Overall, this is a great dealership. Mark and Hector are professional and nice. More
