I informed the dealership of this issue 3 days ago, and you choose to respond to a review and not me directly. I will be contacting the Nassau County Department of Consumer Affairs, what was done to my Mother was in violation of regulations, you can not make an agreed upon deal contingent on financing if the consumer is offering to pay the entire purchase price with cash, but you already knew that.

In regards to the selling price of the vehicle, we are sorry you were dissatisfied with what we offered you. Millennium Toyota's best price is OUR best price regardless of what any other dealer is selling for. Furthermore, if another dealer was already offering you a better deal and vehicle prior to you coming in and setting up your informational visit then we don't understand why you would want to come here and "waste your time" to begin with.
