Steven got me right in a car to test drive and I fell in love with it. I opted for a Hybrid and Hector was great in getting me the best financing option and price for my trade in. I was a little apprehensive going through the whole process, but I went in on a Tuesday to look and took my car home on Thursday. Steven was in touch with me if there were any additional way that he, they, could assist me. I wanted a remote start added and I was able to have that completed that Saturday. I never felt pressured and the sales and finance managers were also incredibly helpful and flexible. I definitely recommend this dealership. It is also very clean and there is a large waiting area for service with wifi and STARBUCKS! More

Far from excellent customer service After making a appointment for my 2017 Camry to be inspected & while it was there it was suggested that the 10,000 check up be done, I was totally agg After making a appointment for my 2017 Camry to be inspected & while it was there it was suggested that the 10,000 check up be done, I was totally aggravated at how poorly things were handled. After getting there even earlier than appointment (10 a.m.), I wound up waiting for the car for 2 1/2 hours. Really? The service attendant (Kelly) goes off to lunch & doesn't tell me anything. After getting up & questioning what is taking so long, I finally got a dependable attendant (Armand) who was nice enough to follow through with what Kelly didn't do. I also addressed the issue to the service manager who did get on it right away. Obviously, they overbook appointments, then can't meet the requirements & the customer is the one who gets put out. I should have gone with my "gut feeling" on whether to bring the car there for servicing because from day one, this dealership has not shown any good signs of excellence, dependability or accountability. Rest assured that this is the final time I bring my car there, nor will I ever purchase/lease from them. The entire place (other than a small amount) is totally inept. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. This is not the first time I've voiced my opinion on the place but obviously it goes on "deaf"s ear". More

Lovino, who is the representative of Millennium Toyota, implied that indeed it was a bad deal, but suggested that it should be a "learning experience" for us. Therefore, he did not only recognize he took advantage of our inexperience, but also insisted that we needed to keep our extended warranties with our deal. If not, he would take all the warranties of the car together. Not only did he threaten us with the removal of the warranties that come with a certified Toyota Vehicle, but also in a bullying manner got into our faces and yelled at us. We know that this experience should not be happening to anybody who does business with you or anybody else. Such a horrible experience!!! More
