This dealer lied to me several times when I'd ask questions on the vehicle service on a used car. Took it to my mechanic and had the car checked over and found dealership service dept lied and never questions on the vehicle service on a used car. Took it to my mechanic and had the car checked over and found dealership service dept lied and never changed filthy dirty black transmission oil. The trans oil is supposedly red in color and not dark black. Another issue is battery voltage was so low it wouldn't start the car. The battery was bad and couldn't hold any sort of charging. Car was missing hub cap. I contacted dealer, they did nothing, so I called north american toyota corp. office and filed a complaint. I am a five time toyota owner and will never shop there again, they lost customer. It's crap like this that gives all deralships a bad name. They all no good. More

It’s all about Jennifer. I had been to what felt like 101 car dealerships on Long Island. I was worried about my credit, my budget, my down payment. My credit is ok, not horrible, not great. I had $2500.00 for a down payment, and I HAD to keep my monthly payments down. The dealership across the street told me that ONE car on their lot was my only option. He kept saying "that's all we have that's gonna fit what you can do. And I need to take one hundred dollars before we negotiate. I hadn't even SEEN the car yet. I was done. Then I gave it one more shot and walked across the street to Millennium Toyota. I walked up to the desk, and they called over Jennifer. She asked me a bunch of questions, and we went outside. I thought she was texting, she WASN'T she was looking for AS MANY OPTIONS FOR ME AS POSSIBLE to give me a variety, work into my budget, fit my monthly payment plan. She had the patience of a saint. No BS, SO trustworthy. I was so emotional and over it all, ready to leave because I thought I was too poor to get anything fun - She just was so chill, but REALLY knew her SH-T! When I found something I liked, the way she introduced me to (so many - OPTIONS!) cars was amazing. She wanted to see if it was a good fit for me. She calmed me down and before I knew it, I was relaxed. Never ONCE said a word about me being too picky or out of my league. ALL THAT CHOOSINESS and I didn't want a Camry or Corolla. We figured it out together. I found my perfect match, thanks to Jennifer. THEN, she sent me to Sam Taylor, "the finance guy." I was absolutely blown away. Look at the walls of his office, and his beautiful family, and you will know immediately the kind of man you're dealing with. He was so generous. This team actually made it happen, and prior to this I never in a million years thought it would, and I was ready to go back to my 19 year old jalopy. Jennifer was even able to get me some trade in on that useless rust bucket! If you have felt at a loss, if you're ready to give up, if you're at your wit's end, go to Millennium Toyota, as for Jennifer. You will DRIVE AWAY with something you LOVE, THAT DAY! And don't see anyone but Sam when it comes to the money. Trust. I promise you, you can. Frank V. More
RUN..RUN..RUN..from this place. Emailed about a new truck if it was still available and what the asking price was. Was emailed back that the asking price is MSRP. Ok fine. I had been to 2 dealerships the day if it was still available and what the asking price was. Was emailed back that the asking price is MSRP. Ok fine. I had been to 2 dealerships the day before and I knew that the highest trim level was getting 10K over MSRP because of demand, but if I wanted the Limited then that was going for MSRP. Ok fine, So Millennium had a Tundra Limited at the dealership for MSRP. Drove in and sat down with the salesperson explained exactly what I wanted, which they had. While getting a trade-in assessment of my vehicle the salesperson decided to "TRY" and pull the new vehicle into the service garage because it was raining. I witnessed this sales person crash into the side of the garage and completely tear up the left side of this brand new truck. Well I thought " This is finished". Oh no wait there's more. While waiting to get my keys back for my trade in, the sales person, obviously shaken, tries to see if there was anything else available that was the same as the new wrecked truck. I said that "Maybe I should just leave". But they were insistent on working something out. My keys come back and we sit down. I explained earlier that I had been to the other dealerships and the 10K markup on the TRD Pro which I was not prepared to pay and I was interested in their vehicle because there was no mark up. ENTER THE SWITCH. The sales agreement showed 15K over MSRP and the trade-in value $6000 less then what their own website said. I calmly said " I just think we are too far apart on our numbers" as I was reaching for my keys. The salesperson asked me, while blocking my hand from MY KEYS, " Well that's what they go for and what did YOU think you were gonna get for your trade" I don't think, I know. I was already offered $6500 above what they were offering and I showed the email communication about the ASKING PRICE for the vehicle. Nothing. To have the audacity after you just crashed a new car, to try to upcharge 5k more than what the TRD Pro was going for and to throw an insulting trade-in number at me, absolutely floored me. I went directly to the sales manager and show him the same thing and his response was the same. WOW. And I know this review is gonna be followed by the same copy and paste response: Millennium Toyota responded We're sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your car buying experience. We work hard to provide honest, transparent deals every time and apologize for any miscommunication. Please reach out to ktownsend@aagny.net if you would like to further discuss this. You're not sorry, You don't work hard and there nothing that is honest and/or transparent. You have been trained to deceive and steal. I find any positive reviews on this place highly suspect. Was baited by a great price. Will try to screw you in any possible. Nonstop sales pressure in person and via text/calls.
