Buying a car is aggravating enough without having to deal with people who do not know what they are doing. They will tell you one thing and never do it. In addition, don't believe it when they offer you wa with people who do not know what they are doing. They will tell you one thing and never do it. I bought my car in March and it already has a problem that I can't even get fixed because I can't get anyone from the Service Dept. on the phone. I did leave three messages over the course of two days but no one bothers to call back. I am disgusted with this place and the people who work here. It's shameful. More

BUYER BEWARE! This dealership used every con imaginable in my 60 minute experience. Salesman first quoted exorbitant price for used car. Then came back and said someone put a deposit on it. When he discovered my excellent credit rating, suddenly the earlier deposit held less credence. We kept chewing down the price and then a 2nd deposit put on the car- clearly pressure tactics. His "rock bottom" price, as it turns out, was HUNDREDS MORE THAN THE CAR WAS LISTED FOR ONLINE. He went to show me the autocheck report and I saw the listing briefly on his computer before the autocheck window came up. (i LATER VERIFIED THE LOWER PRICE) He rushed me thru the report and then couldn't find DEALER plates to take it off the lot for a test drive. How could someone drive a car in a parking lot to see how it feels? I bought a new car from this dealership 10 years ago, wanted to buy a used one for my son now, and planned to buy a new Avalon for myself at the end of the year. This dealership will never see my business again. More
