It was then I realized that the staff of Millenium treated people with a lot of respect. From Fernando Gonzalez to Sam Taylor in finances, we never felt pressured into anything. We will certainly be recommending this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota. The only draw back is out of their control and that is waiting on DMV. If there was a way to stream line that process, it would have been a great "overall experience". More

Mr. Juan Rojas is definitely an asset to your company. He is very, very professional and is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and the buyer's options. Even though we are bilingual, the fact that he is a native Spanish language speaker made us feel at home and made things go smoothly without any problems at all. We consider ourselves very lucky to have done business with him and definitely will recommend him and your dealership to people who are considering buying a car, even though they might have not made a final decision yet as to when to purchase it. I must add the excellent professional financial officer you have in Ms. Raquel (I forgot her last name, sorry). I must confess I was very skeptical and even uncomfortable with just the thought of dealing with the financial officer. My previous experiences have not been positive at all. Well, this all has changed 100%. You have an excellent employee who is extremely knowledgeable about this business, and who is on top of everything and gets things done. She does not leave any stone unturned. She is always available to answer all your questions, and this is very rare in the world of car financing.
