My first month of Highlander ownership is finishing, and more than 900 miles is driven, so I guess it's time to share my recent experience with car purchase. In one word-it's excellent. Marie Serrano, the salesperson, and Anthony Santi, the General Sales Manager, helped me throughout the whole process of the purchase, and I can assure you you can trust completely to these people! Everything they promised was delivered! Marie is the most attentive salesperson I have ever dealt with, and I was rewarded with problem-free atmosphere thanks to her. For guys who want details: I stepped in into this dealership only because they have the largest stock of new Highlanders in the area. I really wanted to see all models and various colors of Highlander so that I could choose the one I like the most. At the entrance I was greeted by Marie, who patiently showed me practically all possible models/colors of the car, and took me for a test drive. We sit after that, and discussed my options. As I said I came not to buy the car but just to explore it, so when I found out that the dealership had a car in color I liked but with an optional $2,000 package which I was not interested in, I was going to leave. Marie asked me to meet Antony Santi, the General Sales Manager who was very friendly and at the same time- aggressive with the price bargaining, so that he had offered me a deal which I really could not resist. I was there, the people were nice and the price was better when I could expect, what else do you need? It was on Sunday, and despite all paperwork was ready in a couple of hours I would prefer to pick up the car on the next day so that side moldings would be installed. The next day when I arrived, the car was ready with perfectly installed moldings, the tank was full, and Marie who came on her day off(!!!) specially for me, guided me through quick Highlander 101 course. To finish, I want to thank everybody who participated in this transaction, especially Marie for her help and attention, and Anthony Santi for making it a nice and smooth purchase, also I would like to thank Sam, a Financial Manager for explaining to me all my options. Overall, again, it was a very positive experience, and I am very satisfied with Millennium Toyota staff. More
From the initial encounter via the internet Sales Department through finalizing the purchase. Without any email battles, he gave me the detailed specs, stock status, and internet quote. I was in the showroom the next morning and was assigned Daniel Hindieh as my sales consultant. Immediately, Danielle showed me the car in their large underground storage room, and also the Service Department. Danielle moved me right along the sales transaction, facilitating the routine process with the new and used car sales managers (for my trade-in), and finance manager. Danielle recognized the fact that I came prepared and had no time to waste. She was straight-forward and helpful and stayed after her shift to set me up in my new car. This was the best experience in my history of car-buying: great staff, big showroom, large inventory, clean facilities, (no-nonsense) professionalism, and no customer haggling. More
Ms. Boldis listened well, understood our desires for a new car and went out of her way to locate the car we wanted, equipped in the manner we desired. Jennifer Boldis was our salesperson when we leased our new Camry. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and helpful. She understood our budget and worked diligently to take that into account. She also had a very strong knowledge of the specs and capabilities of the Camry, even going so far as to help us sync our phones to the bluetooth system. She was the example of courtesy and confident salesmanship, making an honest connection with us as customers and letting the quality of the product speak for itself. My wife and I are usually very suspicious of salespeople and their techniques. Jennifer put us at ease and even made it an enjoyable experience! More
Where could I start, I was invited by this dealership via a offer in the mail. I was very hesitant to go since I had purchased a brand new 2009 camary 2 year prior. I went shopping to the privious dealership in manhatten where I pruchased my 2009 and it was just a horrible expereince from the moment I walked in. Once I stepped into Millennium Toyota, I was greet with the up most respect, it made me feel like they did not want to force a sale just figure out why i was their and how they can put my needs wants and info befor theirs. Miguel Sanz I have to say was far more experienced patient understanding then what i honestly expected. He was able to get me what I wanted in a 2011 camary and model which at first wasnt looking to buy, and got me more on my trade in then what I was offered at 2 other dealerships. on a scale of 1 to 10 (of course 10 besing best) from Miguel and the finance manager that helped with my paper work which she satyed later then her time being a family women herself my rating for them is a 20. I would definatly go back to them and buy another toyota from them. More

The service dept. sucks..... The Assistant Service Manager is Kevin Hirapersaud who is very dishonest, rude, and very emotional, but it's expected because he's a young kid. The Service Manager is Joshi Sunjit who doesn't know to treat customers with respect and his answer to things is "go somewhere else". I took the vehicle (13 months old) in to have it checked because there was a rattle coming from under the car. They tried to blame it on some aftermarket parts that were installed on the car. The aftermarket parts were totally irrelevant to the rattle. They charged me a service fee even though the car was under warranty. I payed the fee in order to get my car back. The service manager informed me that if I removed the aftermarket parts, and the rattle is still present, he would refund me my money. To their surprise, within 30 minutes, I went home, took the parts off, and headed back to the dealership. Guess what, the rattle was still there even with the aftermarket parts off. I received my money back so I'm happy but it was a big headache. The only honest people in this place are the technicians. I will Never, Never, Never, go back to this Dealership. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
