We purchased a Toyota 2012 Prius V, which was our second Toyota purchase from this dealer this year. Our sales person was very knowledgable about the Prius line in particular and all Toyota products. Deceptive practices...Worked with sales person on price of used vehicle. Signed a contract and left a $500 deposit awaiting financing through my credit union. One day after deal was agreed upon had a mess of used vehicle. Signed a contract and left a $500 deposit awaiting financing through my credit union. One day after deal was agreed upon had a message left on my answering machine at home while I was at work to call them. Called back and was told my vehicle was sold. I don't understand how they could accept money if it does not hold the car for even a day! 3 days later they still have not credited the money back to my charge card although they have promised to do so. THERE WAS AN INITIAL PROBLEM THAT I LET GO BUT NOW WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS. THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CERTIFIED USED WARRANTY WAS NOT FOR A COMPLETE YEAR when the finance guy tried to sell me and additional warranty for $2000!!!! This was a deceptive practice which I hope stops immediately after my complaint. Mainly, I want my money back since they sold the car, and really they should have credited the money back immediatley after they cancelled the deal by selling the car. More
What can I say??? I have been using this dealer for my service since I bought my camry in 2002 and have had very few problems,however over the last year the service department at this dealership has gone service since I bought my camry in 2002 and have had very few problems,however over the last year the service department at this dealership has gone seriously down hill. After numerous visits to this dealership for problems with my brakes,I all of a sudden needed new rotors even though my car had been there a week ago and I was told the brakes were "green". they told me the rotors could not be cut and would have to be replaced. When I questioned why they did not find this problem a week ago, they then told me they fixed the problem(which was according to my service report cuting the rotors(which they said they couldn't do. Recently I brought the car again 11/23/11 for an oil change and to inspect the brakes again as I now had a vibration in the steering wheel when I stepped on the brakes. When I got the car back 8 hours later,I drove it only one block away from the dealership and the noise(there was no noise when I brought it in for service)was deafening every time I stepped on the brakes.When I returned to the dealer and had the service advisor take the car out with me, he stated"sounds like the struts to me". However there was no mention of the struts being bad and for the last 8 hours the car was in the dealers posession.Even I knew the problem was the brakes as the noise only occurred when stepping on the brakes. They then took the car in and "fixed" the problem which included "resurfacing the rotors" yet again.The car never stopped right after that and I spoke with Theresa the customer service rep numerous times who finally told me she was sorry but there was "nothing they could do for me".I have since had my brakes replaced and now will be bringing both my toyotas to another dealership for service. I am most upset that after 8 years of loyalty to this dealership that they would just dismiss me with a wave of their hand! BE WARNED!!!! DO NOT take your car to Millenium Toyota for service! Find another dealer who can get it right the FIRST time! Your safety and Mine is paramount when driving a car. Your bakes have to work correctly the First time! More

It was a pleasure working with Michael Korgood on Thurday, November 3, 2011 when I purchased my 2012 Toyota Camry. Michael could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I test drove only four cars, but he said that I could test drive "every car on the lot" if I so desired. He explained the paper work thoroughly and answered all of my questions. The young man who explained the financing was also friendly and professional. Michael then bought me lunch while we waited for Allstate to fax the necessary insurance info. All in all, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. However, I am sorry to say that when I returned on Saturday, November 12, to have a remote starter and the Intercept tracking system installed, I was most unhappy. I had been told that it was only a two to three hour job. When I saw it turned out to be a five hour job, it was virtually impossible to locate a manager to voice my complaint. Edgar was the only driver available with the courtesy car and got a flat tire on the way to my house, again extending my wait. When I finally called Michael, he was more than willing to pick me up at my home. Edgar eventually drove me back to the dealership, and Michael apologized profusely for the inconvenience. It then took about 20 minutes to find my car and then my keys! I hope future service visits at Toyota will be faster! More
