No one noticed it at the dealership until the next morning after I've brought the car home. I've noticed the scratches under the bright sun light, I immediately asked my husband to bring the car back to show the scratches to dealership. Terry was not in that day so my husband was assigned to some other sales person, which my husband was told that they will order a new glass to replace the window after a couple of guys reviewed the window's condition. My husband thought he can trust that sales person's words that they will order a new glass. Three days later when me and my husband went back to the dealership to paid the remaining balance, we checked to see whether the new glass was ordered, that is when we found out it was not ordered as promised so we had to start the process all over again by showing someone the scratches and request the order of new glass window for replacement. Two weeks later, the glass window was finally replaced and looks great, all thanks to Terry's persistent effort in making sure my car is taken care of. In all fairness, this "Good" review is for the Dealership, and not for Terry. I will give Terry a "Great" review for Overall Experience in dealing with him. More
Mark Campbell was very professional, yet personalable. He is truly an asset to the dealership. He really stands out among the rest of the staff. This is our third time dealing with Mr. Campbell. That in itself should tell you just how SPECIAL they are at Millennium!! I had to order my AVALON a few months ago as they were not available. Mark called me at different intervals to keep me updated and to just "see" how I was doing. When the car was scheduled to arrive at the dealership, Mark called and arranged the time and date for me to pick up my car. I was greeted and shown my car, by Mark, before I ahd to meet with Hector to finalize the purchase. Hector made the paper-signing, "painless" and engaged in informative conversation until all the forms were signed. He offered many suggestions to caring for my car and gave me his business card, "just in case" I needed to speak with him. Mark had my car ready and transferred my plates, himself!! He walked me through many of the changes in this AVALON as compared to my 2009, mentioning many of the features that I had requested. Mark has a wonderful personality, one that makes you feel he really cares about the customer. He invited me to call or just stop by if there were any concerns or questions about my car. I probably will.... I have many dealerships nearby and receive many invitations to buy a Toyota, somewhere other than Millennium............I'd be foolish to switch when I'm so satisfied!!! More

He always strikes the perfect balance between what is right for the customer and fair for the dealership. If I were still in business, he'd be my number one employee. More
First, let me say that I purchased several toyotas at Millennium over the years. John Locmajian made our most recent purchase experience a very pleasant one. I can say with the utmost confidence that t Millennium over the years. John Locmajian made our most recent purchase experience a very pleasant one. I can say with the utmost confidence that the primary reason we purchased the Prius at Millennium was because of John. He is not your typical "car salesman" as he conveyed an honest, sincere demeanor restoring my faith that, although the purchase process unfortunately still entails the often ridiculous "back and forth" with managers, John's upstanding character and cordial personality ultimately won us over. He was most respectful and friendly and exuded integrity throughout each interaction. I can easily say, HANDS DOWN that John was the principal reason we decided to purchase at Millennium and would return to purchase again there as well as referring others to Millennium contingent on John's involvement. I would also highly recommend that John be promoted to a position where he trains other salespeople, as he has much to offer in teaching his art of possessing the combination of Intelligence, Friendliness, Respect, Integrity and Honesty. Not only would I never buy a Toyota again, but I would never buy from the Millennium dealership on any model they sell new or used. I purchased my car at the end of 2009. It is a 2010 Toyota Corolla. Not never buy from the Millennium dealership on any model they sell new or used. I purchased my car at the end of 2009. It is a 2010 Toyota Corolla. Not even finished paying the car off and the paint is chipping and rusting on the roof. No indication of any damage by any means to the roof and with no field manager inspecting the car the decision was made by the service dept that they were not going to repair my car due to the fact that it was over "two years old" even though my warranty - the 3yr/36,000 miles, is still in effect. They do not want to be bothered and they took the word of a field manager who never inspected the roof. They said it was the field manager who suggested it was "bird droppings" causing the rust. How the heck would the field manager know that when he never looked at the car? Of course the one svc manager jumped on the roof of the car and told my husband and daughter is was definitely "rust" and never said it was from "bird droppings." This car is garaged and not parked under trees. It was also inspected a few months ago at their dealership and no mention of any damage to the car was noted. It is too young to form this kind of rust from any environmental source. It is a poor paint job that is peeling away. Toyota's are known for this. The mantra at Toyota is to use the "bird droppings" to breach the warranty you have on the car. They can say what they want to about the car and the cause of damage but they cannot prove it with 100% certainty in a court of law. At Toyota, they stick together like a band of brothers and no one will go to bat for the customer. Not only was the one service manager very duplicitous and condescending to me, he never even bothered to answer my phone calls, avoiding me at every cost. Seems everyone wants to jump on you to sell you something but once something is wrong, no one wants to talk to you. I would never recommend this dealership nor recommend buying a Toyota. My 1999 Plymouth Voyager is 10 years older and has NO rust and is parked outside. BUYER BEWARE! There is a reason why car salesman and dealership service depts have bad reputations and are not the most trusted individuals on the planet. More
I could not have been treated any better. I was greeted with enthusiasm and without delay. Starting with Ms. Wallace, I was shown various models, had all terms explained, and had all my questions answered. with enthusiasm and without delay. Starting with Ms. Wallace, I was shown various models, had all terms explained, and had all my questions answered. My options were described thoroughly, thereby making my decisions comparatively easy for myself. Both Mr. Santi and Ms. Sukwanitkun were both friendly and efficient. All in all, everyone acted not only with speed and professionalism, but with good humor as well. More
I was extremely satisfied with my vehicle which was a 2012 six cylinder RAV4. Although the dealer did not have the color in stock that I wished, Jennifer Boldis who was my salesperson drove to another st 2012 six cylinder RAV4. Although the dealer did not have the color in stock that I wished, Jennifer Boldis who was my salesperson drove to another state to find what I wanted and brought it bqck to the dealership. Since I previously had a RAV4 and enjoyed the ease with which it drives, I stuck with the same vehicle which I had for about 30 months and when I was able to get out of my previous lease and obtain a new car, I was delighted.
