Visited this dealer last week to make a purchase I saw on the internet. I am no fan of car shopping. In fact, I hate the entire process because my mindset is that car salesmen exist to squeeze every penny ou the internet. I am no fan of car shopping. In fact, I hate the entire process because my mindset is that car salesmen exist to squeeze every penny out of you that they possibly could. I did all my homework in advance which everyone should do. So along with my wife and 2 kids we made our journey to the dealership. My first impression upon entering the lot was that this a a huge place. They had so many cars, and they were neatly arranged, the place was very clean. My salesman's name was Robert Hoffman. He introduced himself to all of us, he was very pleasant, and immediately took away, at least 10 % of my apprehensions. So far, so good. I asked him about the vehicle I was interested in. It was on the lot as advertised. I looked it over, test drove it etc. Al the while Rob, was there, not interrupting, but patiently standing by and answering our questions and giving input where necessary. Being satisfied with the vehicle, we went inside for the second phase. This process went very smoothly as well. The good thing about it was that the kids were able to sit and watch the tv, while we were negotiating and doing the paperwork. Through all this Rob was very professional. I really was pleased with the job he did with us. We had to go back the next day to finish up the paperwork and meet with the finance guy. We met with Steve. I forgot his last name. Again this process went smoothly. Of course they were things he tried to get us to purchase, but he explained each and every one of them and he was not forceful. He left it all up to us. There were no hidden fees or any of that to deal with, and I can't say enough about how pleasant this whole experience was compared with before. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because after all our paperwork was finalized, it had to go upstairs, and that took about half an hour, but at least we had the big flat screen to entertain us while we waited. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Although I would have to insist on dealing with Rob. More
