Dear Sir, I would like to apologize for any hardship you feel our Service Department has brought upon you. I believe the problem was more with the miscommunication between yourself, us and a 3rd party. After speaking with you, we discovered you were upset that our service department had not gotten back to you regarding an appointment. We looked into our appointment history and noticed you had missed the initial appointment that was set. We obliged to your request of having a manager call you in which he did. Our manager spoke with a (very nice) woman at the number you provided and reschedule the appointment. Even after all this was done we received calls and emails that were filled with profanity and unnecessary accusations.
